Varun Dhawan always makes sure to make his roles different from the previous ones. With his next, Coolie No. 1, he is paired opposite Sara Ali Khan for the first time and the stills from the film have only raised the fans' expectations and anticipation. The film is also the remake of 1995 classic Govinda and Karisma Kapoor starrer namesake and will be directed by David Dhawan.
25 years later, Varun wishes to bring a new element in this remake and it only gets bigger and better. The USP of this film apart from the fresh pairing of Varun and Sara is that his character is a huge fan of the Bollywood veteran star, Mithun Chakraborty. The actor has attended multiple workshops to get his mannerisms and stance right and will also be seen mimicking him. Being a great mimic and an ardent fan of the star, we doubt if Varun will have any trouble in paying a tribute to Mithun Chakraborty.
Varun will be seen doing the iconic pelvic move along with portraying some of his iconic dialogues and mannerisms. While it is doubtful if the Coolie No. 1 will release on May 1, considering the pandemic, we’re hoping to see the duo recreate Govinda and Karishma’s magic on-screen.

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling says she has all the symptoms of COVID-19 but did not get tested. In a post, she revealed her symptoms and what helped her during the recovery.
“Please watch this doc from Queens Hospital explain how to relieve respiratory symptoms. For last 2 weeks I’ve had all symptoms of C19 (tho haven’t been tested) & did this on doc husband’s advice. I’m fully recovered & technique helped a lot,” she tweeted. “Thank you for your kind and lovely messages! I really am completely recovered and wanted to share a technique that’s recommended by doctors, costs nothing, has no nasty side effects but could help you/your loved ones a lot, as it did me. Stay safe, everyone x."

बॉलीवुड डेस्क. कोरोनावायरस के प्रकोप के बीच सोनी पिक्चर्स नेटवर्क ने एक शॉर्ट फिल्म बनाई है, जिसमें अमिताभ बच्चन, रजनीकांत, मोहनलाल, चिरंजीवी, ममूटी, प्रियंका चोपड़ा, रणबीर कपूर, आलिया भट्ट, दिलजीत दोसांझ, प्रोसेनजीत चटर्जी, सोनाली कुलकर्णी और शिवराज कुमार जैसे कलाकार दिखाई दे रहे हैं। खास बात यह है कि इस फिल्म की शूटिंग सभी सितारों ने अपने-अपने घर में रहकर ही की है। फिल्म का मुख्य मकसद लोगों को घरों में रहने का संदेश देना है और दैनिक वेतन भोगियों की मदद के लिए फंड जमा करना है।
बिग बी बोले- टल जाएगा, ये संकट का समां
अमिताभ बच्चन ने शॉर्ट फिल्म अपने सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट पर शेयर की है। इसके साथ उन्होंने लिखा है, "जब विषय देशहित का हो और आपका संकल्प आपके सपने से भी ज्यादा विशाल हो। तब फिर इस ऐतिहासिक प्रयत्न का उल्लहास और कृतज्ञ भाव, अपने फिल्म उद्योग के सह कलाकारों और मित्रों के लिए ! हम एक हैं ... टल जाएगा, ये संकट का समां ! नमस्कार ! जय हिंद !" फिल्म में सभी कलाकार अपने क्षेत्र की भाषा ही बोलते नजर आ रहे हैं।
यह है फिल्म की कहानी
फिल्म की कहानी अमिताभ बच्चन के इर्द-गिर्द घूमती है, जिनका धूप का चश्मा खो गया है। इसे लेकर वे पत्नी को आवाज लगाते हैं। लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिलता। लेकिन दिलजीत दोसांझ उनकी आवाज सुन लेते हैं और इसकी तलाश में लग जाते हैं। इस तरह चश्मे की खोज रणबीर कपूर, आलिया भट्ट, रजनीकांत और बाकी स्टार्स से होते हुए प्रियंका चोपड़ा पर खत्म होती है, जो बिग बी को उनका काला चश्मा उन्हें लाकर देती हैं।
अंत में बिग बी का मैसेज
वीडियो के अंत में अमिताभ ने संदेश दिया है- "इस फिल्म को बनाने में कोई भी कलाकार अपने घर से बाहर नहीं निकला। सभी अपने प्रांत, अपने शहर, अपने घर में थे और वहीं पर शूटिंग की। कोई भी घर से बाहर नहीं निकला। आप भी घर में रहिए, बाहर मत निकलिए। क्योंकि तभी आप इस खतरनाक कोरोना बीमारी से सुरक्षित रह पाएंगे। घर में रहिए, सुरक्षित रहिए।"
बिग बी आगे कहते हैं, "इस फिल्म को बनाने का एक और मकसद है। हमारे देश का फिल्म उद्योग एक है। हम सब एक परिवार हैं। लेकिन हमारे पीछे एक और बड़ा परिवार है, जो हमारे लिए काम करता है और वो हैं हमारे वर्कर्स और दैनिक वेतन भोगी, जो इस लॉकडाउन की वजह से संकट में हैं। हम सबने मिलकर स्पोंसर्स और टीवी चैनल के सहयोग से धन राशि इकठ्ठा की है। और इस संकट की घड़ी में ये जो धन राशि है, वह हम देशभर के फिल्म उद्योग के वर्कर्स और दैनिक वेतन भोगियों को राहत के तौर पर देंगे। इसलिए डरिए मत, घबराइए मत, सुरक्षित रहिए।"

इस शॉर्ट फिल्म को इतनी खूबसूरती से तैयार किया गया है कि इसकी अलग-अलग लोकेशन महसूस ही नहीं होतीं। ऐसा लगता है, जैसे पूरी कहानी एक ही घर में शूट की गई है। इस शॉर्ट फिल्म का कॉन्सेप्ट और डायरेक्शन ऐड प्रसून पांडे का है। 6 अप्रैल को रात 9 बजे इसे सोनी पिक्चर्स नेटवर्क के सभी चैनल्स पर टेलीकास्ट किया गया।
