There are more setbacks in the offing for Gehana Vasisth as the Sessions Court has now rejected her pre-arrest bail plea in the Raj Kundra case. Her lawyer Sunil Kumar says, “The bail has been rejected but we will now be moving the HC after we get the copy of the order.”
