सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के पिता केके सिंह के वकील विकास सिंह की मानें तो अभिनेता की मौत से संबंधित एम्स की फॉरेंसिक रिपोर्ट निर्णायक नहीं है। उन्होंने अपने स्टेटमेंट में कहा, "सीबीआई अभी भी अपनी चार्जशीट में मर्डर का चार्ज लगा सकती है।" एम्स ने सीबीआई को सौंपी अपनी रिपोर्ट में सुशांत की मौत को आत्महत्या बताया है।

सुशांत की बहन बोली- अब सबकी नजरें सीबीआई पर

एम्स की रिपोर्ट पर रिएक्ट करते हुए सुशांत की बहन श्वेता सिंह कीर्ति ने सोशल मीडिया पर लिखा है, "विश्वास की परीक्षा तब होती है, जब आप टेस्ट के समय मजबूत और अडिग रह सकते हैं। मैं अपनी एक्सटेंडेड फैमिली से ईश्वर में विश्वास रखने और प्रार्थना करने का आग्रह करती हूं। प्रार्थना करें कि सच्चाई सामने आए। सबकी नजर सीबीआई पर है।"

सुशांत के कजिन ने कहा- वह आत्महत्या नहीं कर सकता

सुशांत के चचेरे भाई और भाजपा विधायक नीरज सिंह बबलू ने भी एम्स की रिपोर्ट पर सवाल उठाया है। उन्होंने एक बातचीत में कहा कि फॉरेंसिक रिपोर्ट से हत्या की जांच नहीं हो सकती। उनके मुताबिक, सुशांत काफी बोल्ड थे और वे आत्महत्या नहीं कर सकते।

नीरज ने कहा, "पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट में शरीर में जहर या रसायन नहीं पाए जाने की बात कही जा रही है। लेकिन हमने तो यह नहीं कहा कि उन्हें जहर दिया गया था। हो सकता है कि उनका गला दबाया गया हो, मारकर लटका दिया गया हो , इसकी जांच होनी चाहिए। अगर यह आत्महत्या है तो यह जांच होनी चाहिए कि उन्हें ऐसा करने के लिए किसने उकसाया?"

फॉरेंसिक विभाग ने क्या कहा था

फॉरेंसिक विभाग के 7 डॉक्टर्स के पैनल को लीड कर रहे डॉ. सुधीर गुप्ता ने शनिवार को अपने स्टेटमेंट में कहा था, "मृतक के शरीर पर फांसी के अलावा कहीं जख्म के निशान नहीं हैं। इसका सीधा मतलब है कि यह खुदकुशी है, हत्या नहीं।"

इन पॉइंट्स के आधार पर हत्या की थ्योरी खारिज हुई:-

1. चोट के निशान नहीं : सुशांत के शरीर पर गर्दन के अलावा कहीं चोट के निशान नहीं मिले।
2. संघर्ष या हाथापाई नहीं: सुशांत के शरीर या कपड़ों पर ऐसे कोई निशान नहीं मिले, जिनके आधार पर यह कहा जाए कि मौत से पहले उन्होंने किसी तरह का संघर्ष किया था। न ही हाथापाई के कोई निशान मिले हैं।
3. जहरीला पदार्थ नहीं मिला : विसरा की जांच में बॉम्बे फॉरेंसिक लैब या ईएमएस की टॉक्सिकोलॉजी लैब को कोई जहरीला या नशीला पदार्थ नहीं मिला है।

रिया के वकील ने कहा- सत्यमेव जयते

एम्स की रिपोर्ट पर रिया चक्रवर्ती के वकील सतीश मानशिंदे ने बयान जारी किया। उन्होंने कहा, 'हम सीबीआई के ऑफिशियल स्टेटमेंट का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। रिया की ओर से हम लगातार यही कहते आ रहे हैं कि सत्य को किसी भी स्थिति में बदला नहीं जा सकता। हम सिर्फ सत्य पर अडिग हैं, सत्यमेव जयते।

रुपहले परदे की 'देवी' रेखा को दुनिया 'दीवा' के रूप में जानती है और उनके प्रशंसक उन्हें अक्सर किसी ना किसी पुरस्कार समारोह में देखने को आतुर रहते हैं। स्टार्स के एटीट्यूड को लेकर एक दिन मेरे साथ चर्चा करने के दौरान उन्होंने कहा था, 'जिस दिन रेखा ने रेखा जैसा बर्ताव करना शुरू कर दिया, वह दिन रेखा का आखिरी दिन होगा।' उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा था कि वे कभी नहीं बदलेंगी- 'कम से कम मैं यही प्रार्थना करती हूं कि मैं जैसी हूं, वैसी ही रहूं।' तब रेखा सपने देखने वाली थीं, बहुत ही संवेदनशील।

साल बीतते-बीतते दशकों में बदल गए। 'स्टारडम' ने कई उतार-चढ़ाव देखे। लेकिन रेखा की मौलिकता वैसी ही बनी रही, जैसा उन्होंने वादा किया था। उनके जन्मदिन (10 अक्टूबर) पर मैं खास उपहारस्वरूप उनके साथ मेरी पुरानी स्मृतियों को एक स्मृतिग्रंथ के तौर पर पेश कर रही हूं।

बात 1977 की है। स्थान मुंबई का श्री साउंड स्टूडियो। मैंने रिपोर्टिंग करनी शुरू ही की थी। उस दिन मैं अपने कॉलेज से सीधे स्टूडियो पहुंच गई। थोड़ी हिचक के साथ मैंने उनके मेकअप रूम का दरवाजा खटखटाया। किसी ने दरवाजा खोला। उधर रेखा ने शीशे में से देखकर मुझे अंदर आने का इशारा किया। मैंने उन्हें बताया कि मैं यहां उनका इंटरव्यू लेने आई हूं। उन्होंने कहा कि अभी तो उन्हें तैयार होना है। लेकिन अगर बाद में थोड़ा वक्त रहा तो वे मेरे सवालों के जवाब देंगी। मैं जाने के लिए मुड़ी ही थी कि उन्होंने मुझे रोककर कहा कि बाहर काफी गर्मी होगी। मैं उनके ही कमरे में इंतजार कर सकती हूं।

पहली बार किसी स्टार को उसके चरित्र में ढलते देखा

मैं वहीं कोने में बैठकर मेकअप मैन को देखती रही। वह कभी उनके चेहरे पर गुलाबी तो आंखों पर काले रंग के शेड्स देता। मेकअप मैन का काम खत्म होने के बाद अब बारी हेयरड्रैसर की थी। उसने उनके लंबे बालों की कई चोटियां बनाईं और उन्हें आपस में गूंथकर एक बड़े-से जूड़े में बदल दिया। जूड़े पर सिल्वर कलर की छोटी-छोटी घंटीनुमा पिन लगा दिए जो जब-तब बज उठते। इसके बाद रेखा ने बंगाली साड़ी पहनी। यह मेरे लिए पहला मौका था जब मैं एक स्टार को उसके चरित्र में ढलते हुए देख रही थी, मंत्रमुग्ध होकर।

अच्छे खाने और कई घंटों की नींद के लिए तरसती थीं रेखा

रेखा एक ऊंची कुर्सी पर बैठ गईं। उनकी एक सहायिका ने उनके पैरों में पायजेब पहनाए। इसके बाद वे मेरी ओर मुखातिब हुई और बोलीं, 'मुझे सेट पर बुलावा आए, उससे पहले ही तुम फटाफट अपना इंटरव्यू पूरा कर लो।' मेरे पास रेखा के लिए उनके शूटिंग और फिटनेस शेड्यूल आदि से जुड़े बहुत ही सामान्य से सवाल थे।

उन्होंने बताया कि दो-दो, तीन-तीन शिफ्ट में काम करने के कारण उन्हें फिटनेस के लिए वक्त ही नहीं मिल पाता है। उन्होंने कहा, 'मैं इन दिनों बहुत ही कठोर डाइटिंग पर हूं और यह मेरे लिए बहुत ही कष्टदायक है। यहां ज्यादा वजन होना शाप के समान है और इससे जिंदगी छोटे-छोटे आनंदों से ही वंचित रह गई है। इन दिनों मैं दो ही चीजों के लिए तरस रही हूं- अच्छा खाना और कई घंटों की नींद। और मुझे ये दोनों ही नहीं मिल पा रही, उफ्फ!'

पब्लिसिस्ट ने मुझे रेखा से जुड़ा किस्सा सुनाया

थोड़ी ही देर में सेट पर से बुलावा आ गया और मैं बाहर आ गई। वहीं अचानक मेरी मुलाकात धीरेंद्र किशन से हुए। उन्होंने अपना परिचय रेखा के पब्लिसिस्ट के तौर पर करवाया। वे उधर ही जा रहे थे, जिधर मैं जा रही थी। उन्होंने मुझे घर तक छोड़ने का प्रस्ताव दिया। धीरेंद्र किशन ने रास्ते में मुझे रेखा के बारे में एक मजेदार किस्सा सुनाया। उन्होंने बताया कि वे अपने होम प्रोडक्शन की एक फिल्म में रेखा को लेना चाह रहे थे और वे उन्हें लगातार टाल रही थीं।

गले से तिरुपति की सोने की चेन उतारकर दे दी

लगातार जोर देने पर एक दिन रेखा ने उन्हें अपनी कार में बैठाया और हेमा मालिनी के बंगले के बाहर छोड़ते हुए कहा, 'अगर तुम अपनी फिल्म पूरी करना चाहते हो तो हेमा मालिनी को साइन करो। मेरा कोई भरोसा नहीं।' किशन जब उनकी कार से उतरने लगे तो रेखा ने अपने गले में पहनी तिरुपति की सोने की चेन उतारकर उनके गले में डाल दी, उनकी मंगलकामना के लिए। किशन ने मुझसे कहा, 'बताओ, कौन सी दूसरी एक्ट्रेस ऐसा करेगी?'

Disha Salian died after falling off a high-rise building and the news of her being Sushant’s temporary manager was one of the reasons why their deaths were being linked. Sushant Singh Rajput’s cook, Neeraj, has now reportedly confirmed that the actor’s appetite was affected after he heard of Disha’s death. Neeraj spoke to a portal and said that Sushant had stopped eating properly after the news broke out, and none of his house staff members had had the opportunity to meet Disha Salian. Apart from not eating properly, Neeraj said that Sushant Singh Rajput did not look depressed but was a little upset with the news.

As for the allegations of Rhea Chakraborty firing several members of Sushant Singh Rajput’s house staff, Neeraj has denied those. Neeraj has reportedly said that it was Sushant Singh Rajput who gave her the same authority as him and asked the staff members to follow her orders. However, in her interview with Aaj Tak, Rhea Chakraborty had confirmed that she did not meet Sushant Singh Rajput after 8^th of June when he asked her to leave since his sister was arriving at his house. The late actor’s death has been the talk of the tinsel town for the past 3 months and multiple agencies have been looking into it while covering all the major angles.

A news report had said that Rhea Chakraborty met with Sushant Singh Rajput on the night of June 13. The report, needless to say, was lauded by Sushant’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti on her social media who demanded answers from Rhea. सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के 110 दिन बाद बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है। एम्स के पैनल ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में हत्या की आशंका से इनकार किया है। इंडिया टीवी से बातचीत में एम्स के फॉरेंसिक विभाग के हेड डॉ. सुधीर गुप्ता ने कहा, 'यह क्लियर कट खुदकुशी का मामला है। सुशांत का मर्डर नहीं हुआ था।' हालांकि, अभी तक सीबीआई की ओर से इसकी आधिकारिक पुष्टि होनी बाकी है।

सुशांत की ऑटोप्सी रिपोर्ट की जांच के लिए 21 अगस्त को डॉ. सुधीर गुप्ता की लीडरशिप में एम्स के पांच डॉक्टर्स की टीम बनाई गई थी। इसने 28 सितंबर को अपनी रिपोर्ट सीबीआई को सौंपी थी। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, टीम को विसरा में किसी तरह का जहर नहीं मिला।

कूपर हॉस्पिटल को नहीं दी गई क्लीनचिट
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, रिपोर्ट में सुशांत की बॉडी का पोस्टमॉर्टम करने वाले मुंबई के कूपर हॉस्पिटल के डॉक्टर्स को क्लीन चिट नहीं दी गई है। दरअसल, कूपर अस्पताल के डॉक्टर्स ने सुशांत की ऑटोप्सी की थी। बाद में इसके तरीके पर सवाल उठे थे। सुशांत के गले के निशान पर रिपोर्ट में कुछ भी नहीं बताया गया था। यहां तक की मौत की टाइमिंग का भी जिक्र नहीं था। इसके बाद सीबीआई ने इसकी जांच एम्स से कराने का फैसला किया था।

मुंबई पुलिस की जांच में फाउल प्ले नहीं मिला था
करीब तीन महीने पहले मुंबई पुलिस ने भी विसरा रिपोर्ट जारी की थी। पोस्टमॉर्टम के बाद सुशांत का विसरा जांच के लिए कालीना फॉरेंसिक लैब को दिया गया था। लैब ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में दिवंगत अभिनेता के शरीर में किसी भी तरह का संदिग्ध केमिकल या जहर पाए जाने की बात से इनकार किया था।
