बॉलीवुड एक्टर ऋतिक रोशन की एक्स-वाइफ सुजैन खान ने अपनी गिरफ्तारी पर मंगलवार को एक स्टेटमेंट जारी कर सफाई दी है। सुजैन ने सोशल मीडिया पर एक नोट शेयर कर अपनी गिरफ्तारी की खबरों और उनपर लगाए गए आरोप को पूरी तरह से गलत और गैरजिम्मेदाराना बताया।

खबरों के मुताबिक, मुंबई एयरपोर्ट के पास ड्रैगन फ्लाई क्लब में पुलिस ने सोमवार रात करीब 2 बजे छापा मारा था। इसके बाद वहां नाइट पार्टी में मौजूद सुजैन खान, सिंगर गुरु रंधावा, क्रिकेटर सुरेश रैना समेत 27 सेलिब्रिटीज और 7 स्टाफ के खिलाफ IPC की धारा-188, 269 और 34 के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया। खबरों के अनुसार, सेलिब्रिटीज को गिरफ्तार करने के बाद छोड़ भी दिया गया था।

गिरफ्तारी की खबरें पूरी तरह से गलत और गैरजिम्मेदाराना
सुजैन ने पोस्ट में सफाई देते हुए लिखा, "बीती रात मैं अपने एक करीबी दोस्त के बर्थडे डिनर पर थी। मेरे अलावा वहां हमारे कई दोस्त भी थे। रात को 2:30 बजे के करीब अथॉरिटीज (पुलिस) ने क्लब में एंट्री की। इसके बाद होटल मैनेजमेंट से उनकी बातचीत चल रही थी। उनके बीच जो भी मुद्दा था, वे उसे लेकर बात कर रहे थे। इसके बाद वहां मौजूद सभी गेस्ट्स को 3 घंटे तक इंतजार करने के लिए कहा गया। आखिर में हम सभी को सुबह 6 बजे जाने दिया गया। हालांकि मीडिया में चल रही यह खबरें कि पुलिस की तरफ से गिरफ्तारियां की गईं। यह सभी खबरें पूरी तरह से गलत और गैरजिम्मेदाराना हैं।"

सुजैन खान ने आगे कहा, "इस स्टेटमेंट के जरिए मैं अपना पक्ष रख रही हूं। मुंबई पुलिस के लिए मेरे मन में बहुत सम्मान है। उनकी लगातार निगरानी के बिना हम सभी मुंबई के लोग सेफ फील नहीं कर सकते। लेकिन मुझे यह समझ नहीं आ रहा कि पुलिस ने क्लब में गेस्ट्स को 3 घंटे तक वेट करने के लिए क्यों कहा। सुजैन के अलावा गुरु रंधावा की टीम की तरफ से भी सफाई दी गई थी।

गुरु रंधावा ने कहा- नियमों की जानकारी नहीं थी
गुरु रंधावा की मैनेजमेंट टीम ने कहा, 'कल रात की इस घटना के लिए अफसोस है। दुर्भाग्य से गुरु रंधावा को स्थानीय प्रशासन के फैसलों की जानकारी नहीं थी। उन्होंने वादा किया है कि वे सरकार की सभी गाइडलाइन और प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करेंगे। वो कानून का पालन करने वाले व्यक्ति रहे हैं और आगे भी ऐसा करना जारी रखेंगे।'

बताया जा रहा है कि पार्टी में 19 लोग दिल्ली से आए थे। अन्य लोग पंजाब और दक्षिण मुंबई के रहने वाले थे। इनमें से ज्यादातर ने शराब पी रखी थी। महाराष्ट्र में अभी भी लॉकडाउन के नियम जारी हैं। इसमें रात में 11 बजे के बाद किसी भी तरह की पार्टी या सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रमों पर प्रतिबंधित है।
