बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने एक्ट्रेस कंगना रनोट के बंगले पर की गई बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम (बीएमसी) की कार्रवाई को गलत ठहराया है। कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को अपने फैसले में कहा कि यह कार्रवाई याचिकाकर्ता को कानूनी मदद लेने से रोकने की कोशिश थी। अदालत ने अवैध निर्माण के खिलाफ जारी किए गए बीएमसी के नोटिस को भी खारिज कर दिया, साथ ही कंगना को सार्वजनिक बयानों में संयम बरतने की हिदायत दी है।
कंगना ने बीएमसी की कार्रवाई के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी। इस पर जस्टिस एसजे कैथावाला और आरआई छागला की बेंच ने फैसला सुनाया। बीएमसी ने 9 सितंबर को कंगना के पाली हिल स्थित बंगले में बने ऑफिस के कई हिस्सों को अवैध बताते हुए तोड़ दिया था।
नुकसान का पता लगाने के लिए ऑफिसर नियुक्त
कंगना ने बीएमसी से दो करोड़ रुपए हर्जाना मांगा है। इस पर हाईकोर्ट ने नुकसान का पता लगाने के लिए सर्वेयर नियुक्त किया है। उन्हें मार्च 2021 तक रिपोर्ट सौंपनी है।
हाईकोर्ट ने दिया था स्टे
कंगना की ओर से याचिका दायर किए जाने के बाद हाईकोर्ट ने बीएमसी की कार्रवाई पर तत्काल रोक लगा दी थी और यथास्थिति बनाए रखने का आदेश दिया था। कंगना के वकील का दावा है कोर्ट के स्टे लगाने तक ऑफिस का 40% हिस्सा ध्वस्त कर दिया गया था। जिन चीजों को नुकसान पहुंचा उनमें झूमर, सोफा, दुर्लभ कलाकृतियां और कई कीमती सामान शामिल हैं।

प्रतीक बब्बर
प्रतीक के अपने पिता राज बब्बर के साथ संबंध एक समय अच्छे नहीं रहे थे। एक इंटरव्यू में उन्होंने बताया था कि बचपन में उनके पिता ने कभी उनका हाल-चाल जानने की भी कोशिश नहीं की। वो हमेशा अपने दूसरे परिवार के साथ बिजी रहे। जिसके बाद प्रतीक ने अपना सरनेम ‘बब्बर’ छोड़ने का फैसला किया, ताकि सबको पता चल जाए कि उनके और राज बब्बर के बीच कुछ भी नॉर्मल नहीं है। हालांकि, बाद में परिस्थितियां बदलीं और प्रतीक ने सारे गिले-शिकवे भुलाकर राज बब्बर से अपने रिश्ते सुधारे।
दरअसल, प्रतीक एक समय ड्रग एडिक्शन में फंस गए थे तब राज बब्बर ने उन्हें संभाला और यही नतीजा रहा कि दोनों के रिश्ते सुधर गए। 2019 में राज बब्बर ने धूमधाम से प्रतीक की शादी सान्या सागर के साथ धूमधाम से की थी।
फैजल खान
आमिर के भाई फैजल खान फिल्म 'मेला' (2000) में नजर आए थे। कुछ फिल्मों में काम करने के बाद फैजल इंडस्ट्री में कामयाबी हासिल नहीं कर पाए। कहा जाता है कि इसकी वजह से वे अपना मानसिक संतुलन खो बैठे थे और एक दिन बिना बताए घर से भाग गए थे। हालांकि, कुछ दिनों बाद फैजल वापस लौट आए थे। लौटने के बाद उन्होंने अपने भाई आमिर पर कई आरोप लगाए थे।
उन्होंने कहा था कि आमिर ने उन्हें घर में कैद करके रखा था। उन्हें मानसिक रूप से बीमार बताकर दवाइयां लेने को भी मजबूर किया जाता था। फैजल ने आमिर पर संपत्ति हड़पने का भी आरोप लगाया था। फैजल द्वारा आमिर पर लगाए गए इन आरोपों ने इंडस्ट्री में तहलका मचा दिया था। हालांकि, इस दौरान फैजल मानसिक बीमारी से जूझ रहे थे। हालांकि, अब फैजल ठीक हो चुके हैं और आमिर के साथ उनके रिश्ते ठीक हैं।
कंगना रनोट

कंगना को मॉडलिंग इतनी पसंद आने लगी कि उन्होंने स्कूल जाना छोड़ दिया, और हॉस्टल से पीजी में शिफ्ट हो गईं। पिता को जब इसकी जानकारी मिली, तो उन्होंने कंगना की पिटाई भी की थी।
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, कंगना के घर से भागने और फिल्मों में काम करने की वजह से कंगना के पिता ने उनसे सालों तक बात नहीं की थी। हालांकि, अब बेटी की सफलता से पिता बेहद खुश हैं और दोनों के बीच कोई गिला-शिकवा नहीं है।
Bombay High Court has pronounced its verdict in Kangana Ranaut’s plea matter, which challenged the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s demolition of her property in Bandra. Demolition notice of September 7 and demolition order of September 9 were both quashed and set aside by the HC.
