एक्ट्रेस जोया मोरानी कोरोनावायरस से रिकवर होने के बाद मुंबई के कोकिलाबेन अंबानी अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज हो गई हैं। उन्हें 6 अप्रैल को कोविड-19 पॉजिटिव पाए जाने के बाद 7 अप्रैल को अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया था। उन्होंने अपनी इंस्टाग्राम स्टोरी में सेल्फी के साथ यह गुड न्यूज शेयर की। इस सेल्फी में जोया सर्जिकल मास्क पहनी नजर आ रही हैं। वहीं बैकग्राउंड में अस्पताल का स्टाफ नजर आ रहा है। जोया ने लिखा, 'वॉरियर्स को गुडबाय कहने का समय आ गया है, उन्हें दुआओं में हमेशा याद रखूंगी! गुड ब्वॉय आइसोलेशन आईसीयू, अब समय है होम स्वीट होम का!'

वरुण धवन के साथ किया इंस्टाग्राम लाइव: डिस्चार्ज होने से पहले जोया ने वरुण धवन के साथ अस्पताल से ही इंस्टाग्राम लाइव सेशन किया था। इस सेशन में उन्होंने बताया था कि तबियत में अब तेजी से सुधार हो रहा है और वह अच्छा महसूस कर रही हैं। जोया में ट्रीटमेंट के दूसरे दिन से ही सुधार देखने को मिला था।उन्होंने कहा था, मुझे सांस लेने में तकलीफ की परेशानी अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के दूसरे दिन ही खत्म हो गई थी, थोड़ा कंजेशन और बुखार था, अस्पताल में मुझे घर से बेहतर फील हुआ था।

पिता अब भी भर्ती: जोया से पहले उनकी बहन शाजा भी कोरोना से मुक्त होने के बाद अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज हो गई हैं लेकिन उनके पिता करीम मोरानी अभी भी कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाए जाने के बाद इलाज करवा रहे हैं। मोरानी परिवार में सबसे पहले शाजा को कोरोना ने चपेट में लिया था। वह मार्च में श्रीलंका की यात्रा करके मुंबई लौटीं थीं जिसके बाद उन्हें कोरोना के लक्षण देखने को मिले। शाजा के बाद जोया और करीम मोरानी भी इसकी चपेट में आ गए।

देश में जारी लॉकडाउन के बीच महानायक अमिताभ बच्चन ने सोमवार को देशवासियों को बैसाखी पर्व की बधाई दी। इसके लिए उन्होंने अपनी फिल्म 'सुहाग' के एक गाने 'तेरी रब ने बना दी जोड़ी' की एक तस्वीर अपने सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट्स पर शेयर की। जिसमें वे परंपरागत पंजाबी वेशभूषा में वहां का लोकनृत्य भांगड़ा करते नजर आ रहे हैं।

फोटो शेयर करते हुए अमिताभ ने लिखा, 'बैसाखी के पावन अवसर पर, लें बारम बार बधाई। ये दिन हर दिन मंगलमय हो, हम सब की यही दुहाई। हर्षित पल औ मधुमय जीवन, अपने घर मनाएँ। सुख शांत सुरक्षित रहें सदा, ईश्वर से यही दुआएँ।' इसके साथ ही उन्होंने 'हैपी बैसाखी... ब्रूआआआआ.....' भी लिखा।

एक दिन पहले दी थी ईस्टर की बधाई

इससे एक दिन पहले रविवार को ईसाई धर्मावलंबियों ने ईस्टर का त्योहार मनाया था। इस मौके पर भी बच्चन ने लोगों को बधाई देने के लिए एक पोस्ट शेयर की थी। जिसके साथ उन्होंने लिखा था, 'प्रार्थना यही की, हर त्योहार, हर समाज का, सदा.. शांति, समृद्धि और प्रेम प्रदान करे!'

नई फसल तैयार होने पर मनाई जातीहै बैसाखी

बैसाखी का त्योहार फसलों के पकने और कटने पर होने वाली खुशी के साथ मनाया जाता है। इसे पंजाब में बहुत जोर-शोर से मनाया जाता है। वहां के लोग इस दिन परंपरागत नृत्य भांगड़ा और गिद्दा करते हैं और शाम को आग के आसपास इकट्ठे होकर लोग नई फसल की खुशियां मनाते हैं। वहीं बाकी देश में किसान पकी हुई फसल का कुछ हिस्सा अग्नि देव को अर्पित करने के बाद, इसका कुछ भाग प्रसाद स्वरूप लोगों में बांट देते हैं।

COVID-19: Zoa Morani and Shaza Morani pen heartfelt notes as they are discharged from the hospital April 12, 2020 at 07:35PM

Only recently, producer Karim Morani and his daughters Zoa and Shaza were tested positive for Coronavirus after they concluded their trips from Sri Lanka and Rajasthan. Karim Morani and Shaza Morani were admitted to Nanavati Hospital while Zoa was admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

It looks like the dark days are over for the Morani sisters as they were discharged from the hospital yesterday. Taking to their social media, they were happy to announce that they are back home and have penned heartwarming notes for their close ones. The Moranis were waiting on Shaza’s second test to come in as negative after she tested negative for the first time. Take a look at their posts and it is filled with gratitude.

The examples of such jodis in recent times are that of Ajay Devgn-Rohit Shetty, Shah Rukh Khan-Karan Johar, Salman Khan-Sooraj Barjatya, Ranbir Kapoor-Ayan Mukerji, Shah Rukh Khan-Farah Khan, Shah Rukh Khan-Yash Chopra etc. Actor and superstar-in-the-making Ranveer Singh too have had such a super-hit association with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. All their three films together – Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat – have been memorable and huge successes at the box office.

And now it seems that Ranveer Singh has forged such a relationship with yet another talented director, and that is, Zoya Akhtar. If reports are to be believed, then the actor will be seen in the talented director’s next film as well. A source spills the beans, “Ranveer worked with Zoya for the first time in her 2015 flick Dil Dhadakne Do. It was a multi-starrer and Ranveer got noticed for his performance and character. Zoya then offered Ranveer the solo lead role in Gully Boy. This film added a lot to Ranveer’s already envious track record. Despite criticisms that it’s a niche film, it did a business of around Rs. 140.25 crore.”

The source adds, “Both Ranveer Singh and Zoya Akhtar have a lot of attachment for each other. Ranveer never stops raving about Zoya and she too is all praises for him. More importantly, both are at the same wavelength and understand each other. This makes their work easy. So when Zoya completed her next script, Ranveer was her unanimous choice. This is not just because of her fondness for him but also because she knows that Ranveer can fit in any role today effortlessly. The actor too is impressed with her script and has given his nod”

When asked about details about Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming project, the source however says, “Nothing is known about it. Zoya and the producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani have kept it a heavily guarded secret. But if Zoya’s past record is anything to go by, then one can expect another entertaining and hard-hitting stuff from the director.”

The source, before signing off, says, “Things are at a nascent stage and also, the lockdown has thrown everything out of gear. So an announcement can’t be expected in the near future. Also, Ranveer will have to look at his choc-a-bloc schedule to determine whether he can give dates for the project. But knowing how much Ranveer values Zoya, he’ll surely do anything to be a part of her next.”

भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच तनाव अब भी बरकरार है और करीब एक साल से पाकिस्तानी कलाकारों के भारत में या भारतीय कलाकारों के साथ परफॉर्मेंस पर प्रतिबंध लगा हुआ है। इस बीच पाक सिंगर राहत फतेह अली खान सिंगर हर्षदीप कौर और डिजाइनर विजय अरोड़ा के एक ऑनलाइन कॉन्सर्ट में शामिल हुए। इसे लेकर फेडरेशन और वेस्टर्न इंडिया सिने एम्प्लॉइज (एफडब्ल्यूआईसीई) ने भारतीय सिंगर्स को नोटिस जारी किया है और आगे से इस तरह की कोई भी गतिविधि होने की स्थिति में अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाई की चेतावनी दी है।

एक बातचीत में एफडब्ल्यूआईसीई के जनरल सेक्रेटरी अशोक दुबे ने कहा, "कल (शनिवार) विजय अरोड़ा और हर्षदीप कौर ने एक ग्रुप के साथ मिलकर ऑनलाइन सिंगिंग प्रोग्राम किया था, जिसमें पाक सिंगर राहत फतेह अली खान भी शामिल थे। हमने बहुत पहले एक एक सर्कुलर जारी किया था कि भारतीय कलाकार किसी भी तरह से पाकिस्तानी कलाकारों का सहयोग नहीं करेंगे। फिर भी यह हो रहा है।"

'लॉकडाउन की आड़ में यह सरासर गलत'
दुबे ने आगे कहा, "लॉकडाउन की आड़ में अगर ये लोग ऐसा कर रहे हैं तो यह सरासर गलत है। भले ही इसे व्यावसायिक पैमाने पर प्रमोट न किया गया हो, फिर भी उन्हें यह महसूस करने की जरूरत है कि आज भी पाकिस्तानी सैनिक भारतीय जवानों पर हमला कर रहे हैं। साथ ही सबको यह भी नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि पिछले साल पुलवामा अटैक के बाद यह स्पष्ट कर दिया गया था कि कोई भी भारतीय परफॉर्मर या संगीतकार पाक आर्टिस्ट के साथ काम नहीं करेगा। लेकिन ये लोग अभी भी ऐसा कर रहे हैं।"

'यह अंतिम चेतावनी है'
जब दुबे से पूछा गया कि अगर आगे भी इस तरह का कोई मामला सामने आता है तो क्या किया जाएगा? जवाब में उन्होंने कहा, "हम उनपर (भारतीय कलाकार) प्ररिबंध लगा देंगे और सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि हमारी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री ऐसे लोगों को कोई काम न दें। यह अंतिम चेतावनी है। इसे आगे बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।"

While the world is merely waiting for the time to pass, Richa Chadha has been putting the lockdown period to good use. The actress disciplined herself to follow a strict routine, dividing her time between household chores, working out, reading and writing. She was developing a few ideas for the past couple of months. But given her busy schedule, she was unable to make time to write in between her shoots. But ever since the lockdown was announced, the actress has been focussing on all things that are therapeutic for her and writing tops the list. She has been taking out a couple of hours every day to develop a script, with help from her writer friends.

Richa says, “It all started with penning down a few thoughts and that just soon became an interesting idea. Soon enough, it started looking like a concept I would like to develop. It’s a comedy, my favourite genre. The premise is hilarious. The fact that all our lives have come to a screeching halt has made me contemplate the fragility of human existence. I want to write something that focuses on why people should prioritize what’s necessary. Too often we are all so busy chasing things, that we forget to spare a thought for ourselves and what really matters to us. It has been bottled up within me for a long time and the entire lockdown phase has been accelerated my creative side. I am just putting together the skeletal structure and will then start looking for a screenplay writer."

FWICE issues stern warning to Indian musicians working with Pakistani artists April 12, 2020 at 06:43PM

The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has issued a stern warning to Indian musicians against working with Pakistani artists. The said warning also revealed that they will face disciplinary action if they fail to comply. The letter was issued after collaboration between Indian artists and Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was brought to their attention.

The letter read, “We are pained to inform all members that despite being fully aware that FWICE has issued a total non-cooperation circular advising all members not to work in any manner whatsoever with all Pakistani artistes, singers and technicians, some members are blatantly violating the non-cooperation circular."

"We have been informed that more such Entertainment products and songs are being planned and made. We have to strictly inform all the members of our affiliates to kindly note that the non-cooperation circular is valid and subsisting and anyone found cooperating or working in any manner with any Pakistani artistes, singers and technicians, in any mode or media of entertainment will be subject to strict disciplinary action,” the letter further read.

“One should also realise that while the entire world is fighting against the coronavirus, Pakistan is still busy killing our soldiers on the borders. Kindly note no violation of this circular will be allowed and we are sure all members will follow our advice in their own interest,” it read.

Back in 2016, after deadly attacks in Uri, Pakistani artists were banned in India.

देश में जारी लॉकडाउन के दौरान कई फिल्मी सितारे बागवानी करते हुए भी टाइम बिता रहे हैं। इसी कड़ी में शिल्पा शेट्टी, बिपाशा बसु और सैफ अली खान के बाद अब जूही चावला का नाम भी जुड़ गया है। रविवार को जूही ने अपने इंस्टा अकाउंट पर कुछ फोटोज शेयर किए जिसमें वे अपने घर के बगीचे में कुछ पौधे लगाती दिख रही हैं। इस दौरान उन्होंने हरा धनिया, मैथी और टमाटर के पौधे लगाए।

फोटोज शेयर करते हुए जूही ने लिखा, 'ये देखो... मेरा नया काम मैथी, हरा धनिया और टमाटर के पौधों के लिए मिट्टी तैयार कर रही हूं। अभी देखते हैं क्या होता है।'

घने बालों के लिए खाती हैं भीगे मैथीदाने

इससे कुछ ही दिन पहले जूही ने घने बालों के लिए रोज सुबह भीगे मैथीदाने खाना शुरू करने की बात बताई थी। अपनी पोस्ट में उन्होंने लिखा था, 'मेरा नया प्रयोग....!! रोज सुबह मैथी के बीज...!!! घने बालों के लिए मेरा निश्चय दृढ़ है...'

लॉकडाउन के चलते करण जौहर लगातार इंस्टाग्राम पर अपने बच्चों की वीडियोज शेयर कर रहे हैं जिनमें उनका जमकर मजाक उड़ता नजर आ रहा है। अब एक लंबे समय बाद करण ने ऐसी वीडियो शेयर की है जिसमें वो बच्चों की टांग खींचते दिख रहे हैं।

हाल ही में करण जौहर ने इंस्टाग्राम अकाउंट से एक वीडियो शेयर किया है। इसमें करण रूही के हेयरबैंड का मजाक उड़ा रहे हैं। दरअसल करण की बेटी रूही ने फ्लॉवर्स वाला हेयरबैंड लगाया है जिसे उनके बेटे यश गार्डन कह रहे हैं। यश की बात सुनकर करण रूही से पूछते हैं, 'रूही क्या आपने अपने बालों में गार्डन पहना हुआ है'। वहीं दूसरी तरफ करण अपनी मां के हेयर क्लैचर का भी मजाक उड़ाते नजर आ रहे हैं।

इस मजेदार वीडियो को शेयर करते हुए करण लिखते हैं, 'ये मेरी बारी है इनसे बदला लेने की। लॉकडाउन विद जोहर्स'। लॉकडाउन के बाद से ही करण जौहर के बच्चे कभी उनके ड्रेसिंग सेंस का तो कभी उनकी बॉडी का मजाक उड़ाते दिख रहे थे ऐसे में करण ने मौका मिलते ही बच्चों की भी जमकर टांग खींची है। करण लगातार बच्चों के वीडियो शेयर कर रहे हैं जिन्हें सेलेब्स समेत फैंस भी काफी पसंद कर रहे हैं।

लॉकडाउन के बीच कार्तिक आर्यन ने कोरोना संक्रमण को मात देने वालों और ड्यूटी कर रहे लोगों का हौंसला बढ़ाने के लिए एक सीरीज की शुरुआत की है। इस सीरीज का नाम कोकी पूछेगा रखा गया है। कार्तिक ने हाल ही में 'कोकी पूछेगा' सीरीज का पहला एपिसोज भी रिलीज कर दिया है जिसमें वो कोरोना को हरा चुकीं सुमिति सिंह से बातचीत कर रहे हैं।

कार्तिक आर्यन ने हाल ही में अपने इंस्टाग्राम अकाउंट से एक वीडियो शेयर किया है जिसमें वो सुमिति के साथ फेस टाइम करते नजर आ रहे हैं। ये वीडियो कार्तिक के 'कोकी पूछेगा' सीरीज का पहला एपिसोड है जिसे यूट्यूब पर शेयर किया है। इस टीजर के साथ कार्तिक लिखते हैं, 'कोकी पूछेगा। एपिसोड 1, सुमिति सिंह। इंडिया की पहली कोविड 19 सर्वाइवर में से एक'।

पहले ही कार्तिक आर्यन की ये पहल कोरोनावायरस की जागरुकता फैलाने के लिए की गई है। कार्तिक की इस सीरीज में कोरोना सर्वाइवर्स के अलावा डॉक्टर्स, नर्स और अन्य कर्मचारियों को भी शामिल किया जाएगा।

देश में जारी लॉकडाउन के बीच दुनियाभर में 10 अप्रैल को सिब्लिंग-डे मनाया गया। इस मौके पर एक्ट्रेस शिल्पा शेट्टी ने अपनी छोटी बहन शमिता शेट्टी के लिए एक इमोशनल पोस्ट लिखी, जिसे उन्होंने रविवार को अपने इंस्टाग्राम अकाउंट पर शेयर किया। इसके साथ उन्होंने एक फनी वीडियो भी शेयर किया, जिसमें दोनों बहनों की बॉन्डिंग दिख रही हैं। इस वीडियो देख एक्ट्रेस काजल अग्रवाल को भी उनकी बहन की याद आ गई।

वीडियो के साथ शिल्पा ने जो पोस्ट लिखी, उसमें उन्होंने सबसे पहले ये बताया कि एक बहन क्या होती है। इसके बाद उन्होंने लिखा कि एक महिला होने के बाद भी अगर आप बहन के प्रति अपने प्यार को नहीं समझ सकतीं तो आप इकलौती संतान हो। इस पोस्ट में शिल्पा ने मुश्किल वक्त में साथ खड़े रहने के लिए शमिता को शुक्रिया भी कहा। अपनी पोस्ट के अंत में शिल्पा ने मुनकी-टुनकी भी लिखा, जो दोनों बहनों का घर का नाम है।

एक बहन वो है जो आपके हर डर और अंधेरे रहस्यों के बारे में जानती है। जब आपके माता-पिता आपको नहीं समझते हैं तो आपकी बहन हमेशा समझती है, या कम से कम ऐसा महसूस कराती है।
अगर एक महिला होने के बाद भी आप ये नहीं समझती हैं कि आप अपनी बहन से कितना ज्यादा प्यार कर सकती हैं, कि आप उसके लिए किसी को जान ले सकती हैं और उसी वक्त उसकी गर्दन मरोड़कर उसे भी मार सकती हैं, तो आप इकलौती संतान हो।

Exclusive: “I just don’t want to do any film for the sake of it,” says Daisy Shah April 11, 2020 at 09:16PM

Bollywood actress Daisy Shah is currently spending lockdown time doing household chores, trying her hand at cooking and feeding dogs in the vicinity. The actress will soon be making her debut in Gujarati cinema. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Daisy Shah spoke about her upcoming projects and working in a multi-starrer film.

Before the lockdown ended, Daisy completed the shoot for her upcoming Gujarati film See You In Court. “I have to finish dubbing for my film which I just completed before the lockdown which is See You In Court so then I will be straightaway jumping into that finishing that project and then once that is done immediately start another one which is called BulBul Marriage Hall. It's a romantic comedy film, okay, and it was supposed to start by 20th of April but because of the lockdown I'm pretty sure it's gonna get pushed by at least a month,” she said.

Talking further about the film, See You In Court, Daisy said, “The film is about a kid who is having troubled times because his parents are filing for a divorce and he doesn't want his parents to get divorced. And so on the flip side, he goes and files a case against his parents saying that if they want a divorce, why did they make him? I am playing the child psychologist. In certain cases when a kid is involved, it is mandatory that a court does recommend a child psychologist.”

Daisy Shah was last seen on screen in the 2018 film Race 3. The film was a multi-starrer including Salman Khan, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Saqib Saleem and Jacqueline Fernandez. Speaking about her experience working on Race 3, Daisy said, “It was super fun. It was a party every day on the set. There's never a dull moment on the set. Saqib is a hilarious person to be with. Jackky (Jacqueline) again is a very positive person. The amount of positive energy she has, I don't think anybody else does. Then again, from SK (Salman Khan) you learn a lot of things, like be it a scene or a song or an action or whatever it is, you are always learning new things. Bobby, he is a very great person to be around. A lot of people don't know that Bobby is actually a very funny person in real life. Anil sir, again a lot of people think that Anil sir is a very serious kind of person but he is equally funny as Bobby or Saqib.”

It has been nearly two years since the last time she was seen on the big screen. When asked if she was being conscious about the projects she chose, Daisy said that she does not want to do any film just for the sake of it.“ There are several projects if I want to do just for the sake of it, but then it's not gonna do any good for me. It might in fact just do bad for me. All the good work I have done till now will also fail then. So it's better that I get myself out and work on the right projects rather than working on any Tom Dick and Harry.”
