Ajay Devgn turns action director for Bhuj: The Pride Of India June 18, 2020 at 06:22PM
Actor Ajay Devgn has turned action director of Bhuj: The Pride Of India. Before the lockdown was announced, the actor had choreographed two elaborate sequences including one with Sanjay Dutt, after South coordinator Peter Hein was unavailable.
As per reports, these sequences appear at an important juncture in the film. Ajay Devgn choreographed hand-to-hand combat sequence where he fights Pakistan spies. The other sequence is Sanjay Dutt and Sharad Kelkar taking on the villains. Since Peter Hein was unavailable for the outdoor shoot, producers Ginny Khanuja, Bhushan Kumar, Vajir Singh, and Kumar Mangat Pathak requested Ajay to take the charge since they had already booked the Powai studio and had received combination dates of the actors.
The film's spokesperson confirmed the news stating that the actor indeed designed the fight sequences. With lockdown easing out, the team has a week's shoot left with two-day shooting schedule with Ajay Devgn.
Ajay Devgn stars as IAF Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik. The story is set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, where Karnik was then in-charge of the Bhuj airport and he with his team reconstructed the IAF airbase with the help of 300 local women. Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Sharad Kelkar, Ammy Virk, and Pranitha Subhash are starring in key roles in the film. It is co-produced, written, and directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya.

Salman Khan's brothers Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan file defamation case against Abhinav Singh Kashyap June 18, 2020 at 06:15PM
Filmmaker Abhinav Singh Kashyap, earlier this week, alleged that Salman Khan and his brothers sabotaged his projects after Dabangg. He claimed, "The reason I moved out of making Dabangg 2 ten years ago is that Arbaaz Khan in collusion with Sohail Khan and family was trying to take control of my career by bullying me. Arbaaz Khan sabotaged my second project with Shree Ashtavinayak Films that I was signed up with by personally calling their head Mr. Raj Mehta and threatening him with dire consequences if they made a film with me. I had to return the signing money to Shree Ashtavinayak films and moved to Viacom Pictures. They did the same thing."
Now, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan have taken the legal route and filed a defamation case against Abhinav Singh Kashyap.
Arbaaz earlier said they had taken legal action earlier too when he had posted about stepping down from the franchise and differences with Khan brothers. The actor revealed that they didn't have any communication with him since they began work on Dabangg 2. He further claimed he had no idea where all this was coming from. But, they indeed were planning to take legal action against Kashyap.
