Actor Richa Chadha moved a defamation suit on Monday, October 5 in Bombay High Court. The case has been filed against Payal Ghosh, who has accused filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of sexual assault, a news channel, and Kamaal R Khan.
According to Indian Express, "A single-judge bench of Justice Anil K Menon was hearing Chadha’s application — filed through senior counsel Veerendra Tulzapurkar and advocate Saveena Bedi Sachar — which also sought monetary compensation from the actor."
However, the court has now asked Chadha to serve fresh notices to the respondents since no one appeared for the actor and others. The court adjourned till October 7 after seeking affidavit of notice from Chadha by October 6.
Richa Chadha initiated legal action against Payal Ghosh who involved her name during sexual assault allegations against Kashyap. In a statement released on social media, it read, “Our Client 'Ms. Richa Chadda', condemns the act of her name being unnecessarily and falsely dragged in a defamatory manner into controversies and allegations being recently raised by third parties. Though our Client believes that genuinely wronged women should get justice at all costs, there are legislations that are intended to ensure that women have equal standing in their workplace and to ensure that they have a cordial workplace in which their dignity and self-respect is protected. No woman should misuse their liberties to harass other women with unsubstantiated or non-existent, false and baseless allegations. Our Client has initiated appropriate legal action and shall further pursue her legal rights and remedies in law as may be advised in her best interest.”

अभिनेता सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के मामले में अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (एम्स) ने फॉरेंसिक जांच रिपोर्ट केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) को सौंप दी है। ताजा जानकारी के मुताबिक, सुशांत की मौत की वजह आत्महत्या थी। इन सबके बीच मुंबई पुलिस को यह जानकारी मिली है कि सुशांत की मौत पर फर्जी खबरें प्रचारित करने के लिए 80 हजार से ज्यादा फेक सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट खोले गए थे।
मुंबई पुलिस कमिश्नर परमबीर सिंह ने बताया कि इन फर्जी अकाउंट्स के जरिए मुंबई पुलिस और महाराष्ट्र सरकार को बदनाम करने की कोशिश की गई। उन्होंने साइबर सेल से इस मामले की जांच करने और दोषियों पर आईटी एक्ट के तहत केस दर्ज करने का आदेश दिया है।
दिग्विजय सिंह ने कहा- मामले की जांच होनी चाहिए
इस खुलासे के बाद कांग्रेस नेता और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री दिग्विजय सिंह ने मंगलवार को ट्वीट करते हुए कहा कि मुंबई पुलिस की छवि धूमिल करने के लिए 80 हजार से ज्यादा फर्जी अकाउंट बनाने की जांच होनी चाहिए।
एक अन्य ट्वीट में दिग्विजय ने कहा कि सोशल मीडिया पर फेक अकाउंट बनाना बीजेपी की ताकत है। क्या गैर-भाजपा सरकार ऐसे सभी घोस्ट अकाउंट क्रिएटर्स के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं कर सकती है? मुझे यकीन है कि वे कर सकते हैं, जो हमें चाहिए वह एक मजबूत राजनीतिक इच्छाशक्ति है।
इटली, जापान और थाईलैंड जैसे देशों में बने फर्जी अकाउंट
साइबर यूनिट ने एक रिपोर्ट बनाई है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि सोशल मीडिया के प्लेटफॉर्म पर इटली, जापान, फ्रांस, रोमानिया, तुर्की, थाईलैंड, इंडोनेशिया, पोलैंड और स्लोवेनिया जैसे देशों से पोस्ट किए गए हैं। एक आईपीएस अधिकारी ने बताया कि 'हमने विदेशी भाषा में पोस्ट की पहचान की है। इसमें #justiceforsushant #sushantsinghrajput और #SSR हैशटैग का इस्तेमाल किया गया। हम इन अकाउंट्स के बारे में ज्यादा जानकारी जुटाने की कोशिश में हैं।'
पुलिस का मनोबल तोड़ने का किया गया प्रयास
मुंबई के पुलिस कमिश्नर परमबीर सिंह ने बताया कि इस तरह के कैंपेन से हमारे मनोबल को कमजोर करने की कोशिश की गई। यह सब उस वक्त किया गया जब कोरोनावायरस के चलते हमारे 84 पुलिसकर्मियों की मौत हो गई थी और करीब छह हजार से ज्यादा जवान कोरोना संक्रमित थे। यह कैंपेन जानबूझकर चलाया गया जिससे मुंबई पुलिस की छवि को धूमिल किया जा सके और जांच की दिशा भटकाई जा सके। सोशल मीडिया पर कई फर्जी अकाउंट्स बनाए गए थे जिसमें मुंबई पुलिस के लिए असभ्य भाषा का इस्तेमाल किया गया। हमारा साइबर सेल विस्तार से जांच कर रहा है। जो भी कानून के उल्लंघन का दोषी पाया जाएगा उस पर आईटी एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

ड्रग केस में गिरफ्तार हुई एक्ट्रेस रिया चक्रवर्ती की न्यायिक हिरासत आज समाप्त हो रही है। फिलहाल वे मुंबई की भायखला जेल में बंद हैं। आज ही उनकी ओर से हाईकोर्ट में दायर जमानत याचिका पर भी फैसला संभव है। पिछले सप्ताह सुनवाई में कोर्ट में रिया और शोविक के वकील सतीश मानशिंदे और एनसीबी ने अपने-अपने पक्ष रखे। जिसके बाद कोर्ट ने जमानत याचिका पर आदेश सुरक्षित कर लिया था। रिया की जमानत याचिका इससे पहले दो बार निचली अदालतों द्वारा खारिज की जा चुकी हैं। एक्ट्रेस के साथ उनके भाई शोविक और सुशांत के होम मैनेजर रहे सैमुअल मिरांडा की याचिका पर भी आज ही फैसला आना है।
बॉलीवुड एक्टर सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के मामले से जुड़े ड्रग एंगल के कनेक्शन में रिया और शौविक सहित अन्य लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया था। रिया चक्रवर्ती को नार्कोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो ने 8 सितंबर को गिरफ्तार किया था जिसके बाद उन्हें 22 सितंबर तक न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा गया था। 14 दिनों की न्यायिक हिरासत की अवधि के पूरा होने के बाद NDPS की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने उनकी हिरासत को 6 अक्टूबर तक बढ़ा दी थी। रिया और शेविक ने इसके खिलाफ बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया था।
NCB ने किया जमानत का विरोध
NCB ने अदालत में रिया और शोविक की जमानत का विरोध किया। NCB ने अदालत में हलफनामा दायर किया जिसमें कहा गया है कि रिया और शोविक ड्रग्स सिंडिकेट के एक्टिव मेंबर हैं और कई हाई सोसाइटी लोगों और ड्रग सप्लायर्स से जुड़े हैं। इन पर धारा 27A लगाई गई है, इसलिए इन्हें जमानत नहीं मिलनी चाहिए। हलफनामे में NCB ने कहा कि रिया ने ड्रग्स खरीदने की बात कबूल की है। उन्होंने यह भी माना है कि ड्रग्स खरीदने के लिए सैमुअल मिरांडा, दीपेश सावंत और शोविक चक्रवर्ती से कहा था।
रिया के वकील सतीश मानशिंदे ने क्या कहा था?
रिया के वकील सतीश मानशिंदे ने अदालत में कहा था कि रिया के सुशांत की लाइफ में आने से पहले ही वे ड्रग्स लेते थे। उन्होंने कहा, सुशांत सिंह को ड्रग्स की लत थी। इस बात की एक नहीं तीन एक्ट्रेस ने पुष्टि की है। रिया की तरह ही श्रद्धा कपूर और सार अली खान ने भी यह स्वीकार किया है कि 2019 से पहले से सुशांत ड्रग्स लिया करते थे। अगर आज सुशांत जीवित होते, तो उन्हें ड्रग्स इस्तेमाल के लिए धारा 27 के तहत दंडित किया जा सकता था, जिसमें 6 महीने से 1 साल की सजा हो सकती है। मानशिंदे ने कहा कि एनसीबी के पास मामले की जांच करने का कोई अधिकार क्षेत्र नहीं है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशों के अनुसार उन्हें मामले को सीबीआई को स्थानांतरित करना था।
ड्रग मामले में अब तक 20 गिरफ्तारियां
सुशांत का 14 जून 2020 को निधन हो गया था। सीबीआई, ईडी और एनसीबी इस केस में जांच-पड़ताल कर रही है। ड्रग्स एंगल की जांच कर रही एजेंसी एनसीबी को पिछले दिनों बड़ी सफलता मिली थी। मुम्बई में अलग-अलग ठिकानों पर छापेमारी के बाद एनसीबी ने 6 लोगों को पकड़ा था। इन 6 लोगों के संबंध बॉलीवुड ड्रग्स रैकेट से बताए जा रहे हैं। सुशांत केस से जुड़े इस ड्रग्स मामले में अब तक 20 गिरफ्तारी हो चुकी है जिनमें अभिनेत्री रिया चक्रवर्ती और उनका भाई शोविक चक्रवर्ती प्रमुख हैं, जो फिलहाल जेल में हैं। बॉलीवुड की टॉप एक्ट्रेस दीपिका पादुकोण, श्रद्धा कपूर, रकुल प्रीत सिंह और सारा अली खान समेत अन्य लोगों से भी एनसीबी पूछताछ कर चुकी है।

कोरोना काल में भी अक्षय कुमार काफी एक्टिव हैं और काफी तेजी से फिल्मों की शूटिंग कर रहे हैं। हाल ही में फिल्म 'बेलबॉटम' पूरी करने के बाद अब वे जल्द ही यशराज प्रोडक्शन की फिल्म 'पृथ्वीराज चौहान' की शूटिंग शुरू करने वाले हैं। उनके करीबियों का कहना है कि वे आठ अक्टूबर से इस फिल्म के शूट में जुट जाएंगे।
फिल्म की शूटिंग की तैयारी के सिलसिले में मंगलवार से क्रू मेंबर्स का कोरोना टेस्ट शुरू हो चुका है और नेगेटिव रिजल्ट वालों को ही स्टूडियों में एंट्री दी जाएगी। इस दौरान प्रोडक्शन से जुड़े लोगों को स्टूडियो के करीब होटल में रुकवाया गया है। पूरा क्रू शूटिंग से पहले और बाद में एक साथ होटल से स्टूडियों तक आना जाना करेगा। तकनीकी तौर पर इसे 'बायो बबल' कहा जाता है।
फिल्म की 30 प्रतिशत शूटिंग होना बाकी
इससे पहले 'पृथ्वीराज चौहान' की टीम ने साढ़े छह महीने पहले जयपुर में आउटडोर में एक्शन सीक्वेंस शूट किया था। सूत्रों ने बताया, 'आठ अक्टूबर से अब क्लाइमैक्स शूट होना है। जिसमें मोहम्मद गौरी, पृथ्वीराज चौहान को अंधा करवा देता है। वही सीक्वेंस फिल्माया जाएगा, साथ ही इस दौरान उनकी सेनाओं की लड़ाई भी दिखाई जाएगी। जयपुर तक फिल्म का 70 प्रतिशत हिस्सा शूट किया जा चुका था। आगे नवंबर तक इसका बाकी बचा 30 प्रतिशत हिस्सा भी शूट किया जाएगा।'
50 लोगों के साथ शूट होंगे वॉर सीक्वेंस
मौजूदा हालातों के चलते वॉर सीक्वेंस भी स्टूडियो में ही फिल्माए जाएंगे। सूत्रों ने बताया कि कोरोना की परिस्थितियों के चलते 50 से ज्यादा लोगों को शूटिंग पर नहीं रखा जा सकता। लिहाजा इतनी ही तादाद में वॉर सीक्वेंस फिल्माए जाएंगे। आम दिनों में ऐसे सीक्वेंस 400 से 500 लोगों के साथ शूट होते थे। अभी कम क्रू मेंबर्स के साथ इसे अंजाम दिया जाएगा। आगे पोस्ट प्रोडक्शन में वीएफएक्स की मदद से इसे 1000 की सेना में बदल दिया जाएगा।
बेलबॉटम में जेम्सबॉन्ड की तरह दिखेंगे अक्षय
उधर, 'बेलबॉटम' में अक्षय कुमार अस्सी के दशक के जेम्सबॉन्ड स्टाइल का एक्शन करते नजर आएंगे। सेट पर मौजूद लोगों ने इसकी पुष्टि की है। उन्होंने कहा, 'हमारी फिल्म सातवें और आठवें दशक में सेट है। साथ ही यूरोप, चाइना, रशिया, अमेरिका के जासूसों से डील करती है। ऐसे में फिल्म के हीरो को इंडियन जेम्सबॉन्ड सा दिखाया गया है, जो दिमागी एक्शन करने में भी माहिर है। हां, मगर आधुनिक तकनीकों से लैस गैजेट्स जैसे गाडि़यां, घडि़यां आदि जो रियल जेम्सबॉन्ड के पास होती हैं वो सब नहीं है।'
फिजिकल एक्शन कम रखा गया
फिल्म की एक्शन टीम ने फिल्म में ब्लास्ट वाले सीन को कम किया है। वो इसलिए क्योंकि बहुत कम समय में फिल्म को शूट करना था। विलेन के साथ हाथापाई भी कम रखी गई है। यहां अक्षय कुमार दिमागी करतबों से दुश्मनों से लोहा लेते नजर आएंगे।

This past weekend, Salman Khan and Disha Patani returned to the sets of Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai. After six months, the on-screen pair resumed work in Aamby Valley near Lonavala.
It was earlier reported that a song sequence between the lead pair is left to shoot along with action sequences. On October 3, Disha teased that she was about to kickstart the song shoot. As per a daily, after Salman filmed some action-packed sequences at ND Studios, the pair began shooting the song. It will be filmed with wide angles of the hills and the mountains since the place isn't widely populated.
It will be a two-day shoot after which Salman Khan will return to ND Studios to complete the 15-day schedule.
The team will be following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and also will ensure extra precautions for the safety of the cast and crew. To avoid day-to-day travel, the crew will be stationed at a hotel near to ND Studios. During their stay, they won’t be meeting anyone from outside the crew. Their COVID-19 tests have already been done and no crew member has tested positive. The second round of tests will be done for the cast and the team working closely with the team. The team has been briefed about the protocols and there’s a video to brief the team in case of confusion. A dedicated team of doctors will be on set including Salman Khan’s personal team to ensure the hygiene and discipline are maintained on the set.
