Filmmaker Rohit Shetty is going animated with the characters that he has created on screen. After Singham and Golmaal, another character is getting an animated avatar. Ranveer Singh’s Simmba aka Sangram Bhalerao will now have a new show on the Pogo channel, called Smaashhing Simmba.
The news was confirmed by Reliance Entertainment on their official Instagram. The caption read, “'SMAASHHING SIMMBA' is roaring, Mind is Blowing! Join the adventures of this sharp-tongued, witty teenager aspiring to be a police officer.”
Amid this, another interesting update is that Rohit Shetty will reunite with Ranveer Singh on his next. Bollywood Hungama was first to break the news about the collaboration. It was also revealed that, “the mass director-actor duo is collaborating on the official adaptation of Gulzar’s cult classic comedy, Angoor starring Sanjeev Kumar and Deven Verma.”
“Rohit Shetty has been trying to make Angoor remake for a while now and it is finally happening now with Ranveer Singh stepping into Sanjeev Kumar’s shoes. Rohit had planned to revisit Angoor in 2015 with Shah Rukh Khan in lead, however, things didn’t materialize and the two collaborated on Dilwale. After that, he got busy with Golmaal Again, Simmba, and Sooryavanshi. He has now got the much-needed break in the Covid pandemic, and he utilized the time to fine-tune and rework on the script of Angoor adaptation,” a trade source told Bollywood Hungama exclusively.
Meanwhile, both Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh are yet to announce their next project.

फिल्ममेकर विवेक रंजन अग्निहोत्री ने बॉलीवुड के उन 34 प्रोड्यूसर्स पर तंज कसा है, जिन्होंने लामबंद होकर कुछ चैनल्स और पत्रकारों के खिलाफ दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में याचिका लगाई है। उन्होंने अपने ट्वीट में इन्हें लूजर और पाखंडी बताते हुए लिखा है कि जब इनके बच्चों की सूसू-पॉटी की खबर छपती थी, तब इन्हें बहुत अच्छा लगता था। लेकिन आज जब फैन्स और दर्शक सवाल उठा रहे हैं तो बुरा लग रहा है।
इससे पहले विवेक ने एक अन्य ट्वीट में लिखा था, "बॉलीवुड में करीब 5 लाख लोग काम करते हैं। एक बेवकूफ भी जानता है कि यह लड़ाई उनके साथ नहीं है। यहां सिर्फ कुछ सड़े हुए अंडे हैं, जिन्होंने बॉलीवुड का नाम खराब किया है। अब वे कुछ लोग उनके खिलाफ गैंग बाजी कर रहे हैं, जो सुधार चाहते हैं।"

34 प्रोड्यूसर्स और 4 फिल्म संस्थाओं द्वारा दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में याचिका लगाए जाने के बाद विवेक ने अपने एक ट्वीट में लिखा था, "क्या पब्लिक भी संगीत, गानों के बोल, भाषा, रचनात्मकता, सोशल फेब्रिक और भारत की संस्कृति को मिटाने के लिए बॉलीवुड पर केस कर सकती है?"
##प्रोड्यूसर्स और संस्थानों ने क्या लिखा याचिका में?
12 अक्टूबर को सलमान खान, अजय देवगन, रोहित शेट्टी, शाहरुख खान, करन जौहर, साजिद नाडियाडवाला, आमिर खान, आदित्य चोपड़ा और राकेश ओम प्रकाश मेहरा समेत 34 नामी प्रोड्यूसर्स के साथ 4 फिल्म एसोसिएशन (द प्रोड्यूसर गिल्ड ऑफ़ इंडिया, द सिने एंड टीवी आर्टिस्ट्स एसोसिएशन, द फिल्म एंड टीवी प्रोड्यूसर्स काउंसिल और स्क्रीन-राइटर्स एसोसिएशन) ने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में याचिका लगाई।
याचिका में मीडिया पर गैरजिम्मेदाराना और अपमानजनक रिपोर्टिंग का आरोप लगाया गया है। साथ ही अपील की गई है कि चैनल रिपब्लिक टीवी, इसके पत्रकार अर्नब गोस्वामी, प्रदीप भंडारी, चैनल टाइम्स नाउ, इसके पत्रकार राहुल शिवशंकर और नविका कुमार को बॉलीवुड हस्तियों के खिलाफ गैरजिम्मेदाराना और अपमानजनक रिपोर्टिंग रोकने के निर्देश दिए जाएं। (पूरी खबर पढ़ें)

Actor Salman Khan and the team of Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai kicked off their final schedule earlier in October. After more than six months, the actor returned to the sets and began filming in a very different environment altogether. Now, the team has wrapped up the film ahead of the schedule.
According to a daily, the actors filmed at three different locations - action scenes at ND Studios, a song between Salman Khan and Disha Patani in Aamby Valley, and patchwork at Mehboob Studios in Bandra. The crew was divided into three teams who were prepared at different locations. As soon as the actors arrived, the work began. That is why the filming wrapped up ahead of the schedule. No positive cases were diagnosed on the sets of Radhe.
The song was choreographed by Caesar Gonsalves and composed by Sajid-Wajid. Sajid Khan was in attendance during the shoot and Salman and the team celebrated late composer Wajid Khan's birthday on the sets.
As per the daily, the major portion of the film was being edited amid the lockdown. So the post-production work continued in this pandemic. The plan is to complete the final cut by December end.
Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai was supposed to arrive on Eid 2020. The story revolves around Salman Khan who takes on a Goa-based gangster played by Randeep Hooda. The film is directed by Prabhu Dheva.
