On Tuesday morning, the tabloids and entertainment portals were bustling with news that Varun Dhawan will star in his brother Rohit Dhawan’s next directorial. They even decided on behalf of the Dhawan brothers that their next collaboration would be for Dishoom 2, a sequel to Rohit’s 2016 action adventure featuring Varun with John Abraham.
However, Varun shuts down all reports on the Dishoom sequel clearly stating he is not doing another film with his brother. Says Varun, “Actually, there is no truth to this at all.”
Way back in July 2018, Varun Dhawan had said, “No, I am not in my brother’s next film. He’s making it with an entirely different cast. We don’t have to work together in every film. You forget, I wasn’t in his first film (Desi Boyz). I’ve only done one film with him. I had a ball shooting Dishoom with my brother. We’ll work together again soon. But not on his next film.”
Further probing reveals that Rohit Dhawan’s next will be a two-hero film most probably with Salman Khan and John Abraham.

Ronnie Screwvala and Vasan Bala come together for film adaptation of The Phantom December 26, 2019 at 05:55PM
Yet another collaboration is happening between Ronnie Screwvala and Vasan Bala after Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota. Producer Ronnie Screwvala is already working on The Immortal Ashwatthama with Vicky Kaushal. Now, he is working on a superhero project with Vasan Bala. He has been working on a script based on American comic strip The Phantom, a crime-fighter who operates from the fictional country of Africa, Bangalla.
Vasan Bala was toying with the idea for the film adaptation and Ronnie Screwvala was instantly on board. They have acquired official screen adaptation rights. The director has begun working on the script and researching it after which he will approach actors for the roles. The plan is to go on the floor in the second half of 2020.
The Phantom is an American adventure comic strip, which was first published by Lee Falk in February 1936. The character has been adapted for television, film and video games.

बॉलीवुड डेस्क. सरोदवादक उस्ताद अमजद अली खान ने केरल सरकार से दो एकड़ जमीन पर अस्पताल बनाने की अपील की है। सरोदवादक को सरकार ने संगीत अकादमी खोलने के लिए जगह दी थी। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सबसे पहली प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए, ताकि लोगों को अच्छी स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं मिल सकें। इतना ही नहीं उन्होंने प्रोजेक्ट में टाटा, रिलायंस और लुलु ग्रुप को जोड़ने की मांग की है, जिससे वर्ल्ड क्लास हॉस्पिटल का निर्माण हो सके।
न्यूज एजेंसी को दिए इंटरव्यू में उन्होंने बताया कि कुछ साल पहले केरल सरकार ने मुझे म्यूजिक अकादमी खोलने के लिए दो एकड़ जमीन दी थी। मुझे नहीं लगता कि मैं एक जगह बैठकर म्यूजिक सिखा सकता हूं इसलिए मैंने सीएम पिनरायी विजयन को पत्र लिखकर अस्पताल बनाए जाने की विनती की है। उन्होंने बताया कि केरल के लोगों से उन्हें बहुत प्यार मिला है और अस्पताल के जरिए ही उनकी सेवा कर सकता हूं।
उस्ताद के मुताबिक अस्पताल ही एक ऐसी जगह है, जहां हर धर्म के लोगों को समान नजरिए से देखा जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि धर्म से ऊपर उठकर मंदिर, मस्जिद के बजाए लोगों का जीवन बचाने के लिए अस्पताल का निर्माण ज्यादा जरूरी है।
दुनियाभर में बढ़ रहीं हिंसा की खबरों पर उन्होंने कहा कि हम एक दूसरे के धर्मों का सम्मान नहीं कर रहे हैं। अपने धर्म को दूसरे से बड़ा दिखाने होड़ में हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं केवल एक ही धर्म इंसानियत को मानता हूं।

एक्टर कुशाल पंजाबी का 37 साल की उम्र में निधन, सलमान खान के साथ 'सलाम ए इश्क' में आए थे नजर December 26, 2019 at 06:24PM
बॉलीवुड डेस्क. मशहूर टीवी एक्टर और कई बॉलीवुड फिल्मों में नजर आ चुके कुशाल पंजाबी का निधन हो गया है। कुशाल महज 37 साल की उम्र में दुनिया को अलविदा कह गए। हालांकि उनकी मौत का कारण अब तक साफ नहीं हुई है। कुशाल के देहांत की जानकारी उनके करीबी और इंडस्ट्री के मित्र करनवीर बोहरा ने अपने सोशल हैंडल से दी।
करनवीर बोहरा ने जानकारी देते हुए अपने दोस्त कुशाल के लिए एक नोट लिखा। करन के अनुसार 'तुम्हारे जाने की खबर से मैं हैरान हूं, मैं अब तक इस बात को स्वीकार नहीं कर पा रहा हूं। मुझे पता है तुम एक बेहतर जगह पर हो।' एक्टर ने लिखा कि तुमने मुझे हमेशा जीवन के प्रति प्रेरित किया है। मैं हमेशा तुम्हें डांसिंग डैडी के तौर पर याद करूंगा।
##कुशाल ने इंडस्ट्री में कदम एक डांसर और मॉडल के तौर पर रखा था। उन्होंने अपने टीवी करियर की शुरुआत साल 1995 में आए 'अ माउथ फुल ऑफ स्काय' से की थी। इसके बाद वे 'लव मैरिज', 'कसम से', 'देखो मगर प्यार से', 'डॉन' सहित कई अन्य सीरियल्स में नजर आए। कुशाल बॉलीवुड की भी कईं फिल्मों का हिस्सा रह चुके हैं। उन्होंने 'लक्ष्य','सलाम ए इश्क','हमको इश्क ने मारा' सहित कई फिल्मों में काम कर चुके हैं।

Jawaani Jaaneman: 25 Years later, Saif Ali Khan recreates Yeh Dillagi song 'Ole Ole' December 26, 2019 at 05:51PM
It's time for another recreation. With the New Year, the new decade will also start on a vibrant note with Saif Ali Khan starrer Jawaani Jaaneman. While the film’s posters have been looking amazing, another interesting part of it is that the actor will be re-creating his own song. His song 'Ole Ole' from Yeh Dillagi still holds its charm in today's times like it did in the 90s.
Now, 25 years later, Saif Ali Khan is set to recreate 'Ole Ole' in Jawaani Jaaneman. Tanishq Bagchi has composed the new track and Shabbir Ahmed has penned the lyrics. Nitin Kakkar, who is helming the project, says that the original song had cult status so a lot of pressure is riding on them.
Starring debutante Aalia Furniturewala, Saif Ali Khan, and Tabu in interesting roles, Jawaani Jaaneman is presented by Pooja Entertainment in association with Black Knight Films and Northern Lights Films and produced by Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Saif Ali Khan, and Jay Shewakramani. Directed by Nitin Kakkar, the film is all set to release on 31st January 2020.
