गुलजार साहब ने लिखा, 'मुझे लगता है के इस वक्त हमारे डॉक्टर्स और नर्सेस वो काम कर रहे हैं जो हमारे सिपाही, जंग के वक्त अपने देश के लिए करते हैं... हमने देखा है कि किस तरह गोलियों की बौछार में वो अपनी जान ख़तरे में डाल कर भी देश की हिफ़ाज़त करते हैं। आप भी वही कर रहें हैं, अपनी जान की परवाह ना करते हुए भी, महामारी की इस खतरनाक, इस मोहलिक और इस जानलेवा बौछार में अपने देशवासियों की हिफ़ाज़त कर रहे हैं।
उनकी क़ुरबानी, और उनका ये हौसला और भी बड़ा है, क्योंकि उनके पास तो वो बुलैटप्रूफ़ जैकेट भी नहीं हैं, ना हाथ में बंदूकें हैं, ना हाथ में इंजेक्शन हैं के वे दुश्मन की इस महामारी पर वार कर सकें।
हमारे डॉक्टर्स खुद इस महामारी के शिकार होते जा रहे हैं, लेकिन अपनी जंग, अपना युद्ध लड़े चले जा रहे हैं।
हमारे पास कुछ भी नहीं है के हम उनको दे सकें, मुहैय्या करा सकें- ना कोई टैंक है, ना असला है जो हम पहुंचा सकें इस लड़ाई को लड़ने के लिए.. कोई दवा भी अगर है तो वो भी, वो ही पैदा करेंगे, वो ही लड़ेंगे, वो ही अपनी जान पे खतरा भी लेंगे, अपनी जान भी देंगे और देशवासियों की हिफ़ाज़त करेंगे...

बॉलीवुड यानी उस इंडस्ट्री में जहां हमेशा हीरो को सबसे ज्यादा तवज्जो दी जाती है वहां एक खलनायक ने अपनी ऐसी पहचान बनाई कि खलनायक शब्द का मतलब ही बदल दिया। जब खलनायक की बात हो तो केवल एक ही नाम सामने होता था और वो था प्राण। ये वो नाम था, जो उस दौर में कोई मां अपने बच्चे को नहीं देना चाहती थी। खास बात यह कि रील पर क्रूर खलनायक का रोल प्ले करने वाला यह शख्स रियल लाइफ में दरियादिल था।
विभाजन के बाद हिंदुस्तान आए थे प्राण
प्राण का जन्म 12 फरवरी 1920 को हुआ। उनके पिता सिविल इंजीनियर थे। प्राण के तीन भाई और तीन बहनें थीं। युवा अवस्था में फोटोग्राफी सीख रहे प्राण ने विभाजन से पहले कुछ पंजाबी और हिंदी फिल्मों में बतौर लीड एक्टर काम किया। विभाजन के बाद वे हिंदुस्तान आ गए और यहां उन्हें फिल्मों में बतौर विलेन पहचान मिली। 1950 से 1980 के दशक तक वे इंडस्ट्री के सबसे खूंखार विलेन के रूप में मशहूर रहे। 2013 में मुंबई के लीलावती हॉस्पिटल में सांस लेने की समस्या के बाद 93 साल की आयु में निधन हुआ।
विभाजन के बाद मुंबई के होटल में किया काम
युवा अवस्था में प्राण लाहौर के एक फोटोग्राफी स्टूडियो में काम करते थे। एक दिन पान की दुकान पर खड़े होकर जब प्राण सिगरेट के छल्ले बना रहे थे तो उन्हें प्रोड्यूसर दालसुख एम. पंचोली के साथ काम करने वाले लेखक वली मोहम्मद वली ने देखा और फिल्म में काम करने के लिए ऑफर किया। इसके बाद उन्हें 1940 में पंजाबी फिल्म ‘यमला जट’ में काम मिला। करीब 20 हिंदी और पंजाबी फिल्मों में भूमिका निभा चुके प्राण विभाजन के बाद पत्नी और एक साल के बेटे अरविंद को लेकर 14 अगस्त 1947 को मुंबई पहुंचे। मुंबई पहुंचकर वे परिवार के साथ ताज होटल में रुके, लेकिन उनके पास कोई काम नहीं होने की वजह से पैसों की कमी होने लगी और उन्हें छोटे होटलों में शिफ्ट होना पड़ा। करीब आठ महीने तक उन्होंने मरीन ड्राइव स्थित देलमार होटल में काम भी किया जिसके बाद उन्हें देव आनंद स्टारर फिल्म ‘जिद्दी’ में काम मिला।
पिता को नहीं बताया कि फिल्मों में करते हैं काम
प्राण ने अपने फिल्मों में काम करने के बारे में अपने पिता को नहीं बताया था। उनको लगता था कि उन्हें इसकी अनुमति नहीं मिलेगी। एक बार न्यूजपेपर में उनका इंटरव्यू प्रकाशित हुआ तो प्राण ने अपनी बहन को इसे छिपा लेने के लिए कहा लेकिन तब तक उनके पिता को इसके बारे में पता लग चुका था और वो नाराज भी नहीं हुए। प्राण अपने मेकअप पर भी बहुत काम करते थे। वो अपने घर पर इसके लिए आर्टिस्ट रखते थे और वह वो स्केच बनाता था जैसा प्राण चाहते थे। उसके बाद मेकअप मैन और विग मेकर उस पर काम करते थे। प्राण अपने गेट अप्स, मेकअप और उच्चारण को लेकर हमेशा प्रयोग करते थे।
मुझे देखकर फब्तियां कसते थे लोग
अपनी खलनायकी के दौर को याद करते हुए एक इंटरव्यू में प्राण साहब ने बताया - ‘उपकार’ से पहले सड़क पर मुझे देखकर लोग मुझे ‘अरे बदमाश’, ‘ओ लफंगे’, ‘ओ गुंडे’ कहा करते थे। मुझ पर फब्तियां कसते। उन दिनों जब मैं परदे पर आता था तो बच्चे अपनी मां की गोद में दुबक जाया करते थे और मां की साड़ी से मुंह छुपा लेते। रुंआसे होकर पूछते- मम्मी गया वो, क्या अब हम अपनी आंखें खोल लें, पर मनोज कुमार ने मुझे ‘उपकार’ में बुरा आदमी से एक अच्छा आदमी बनाकर सबका चहेता बना दिया।
दोस्त की बहन बोली, ऐसे बदमाश को घर मत लाना
प्राण साहब एक बार दिल्ली में अपने दोस्त के घर चाय पीने गए। उस वक्त उनके दोस्त की छोटी बहन कॉलेज से वापस आई तो दोस्त ने उसे प्राण से मिलवाया। जब प्राण होटल लौटे तब दोस्त का फोन आया। उसने बताया कि उसकी बहन कह रही थी कि ऐसे बदमाश और गुंडे आदमी को घर क्यों लाते हो? दरअसल प्राण अपने किरदार को इतनी शिद्दत से निभाते थे कि लोग उन्हें रियल लाइफ में भी बुरा आदमी ही समझते थे। प्राण कहते थे कि उन्हें हीरो बनकर पेड़ के पीछे हीरोइन के साथ गाना गाना अच्छा नहीं लगता।
जब हेलन हुईं नाराज और डायरेक्टर से कर दी शिकायत
1965 में आई फिल्म ‘गुमनाम’ की शूटिंग के दौरान फिल्म की सेकंड लीड हीरोइन बनीं हेलेन ने प्राण को लेकर डायरेक्टर से शिकायत की थी। दरअसल, फिल्म के एक गाने की शूटिंग स्वीमिंग पूल में हो रही थी। शूट खत्म हो जाने पर सभी मस्ती-मजाक करते थे। एेसे में प्राण ने हेेलेन को स्वीमिंग पूल में खींच लिया। हेलन पूल में गिर गईं और उन्हें तैरना बिल्कुल भी नहीं आता था जिसकी वजह से प्राण पर बरस पड़ीं।
इसलिए सबसे अलग थे प्राण
प्राण का रुतबा ऐसा था कि 1960 से 70 के दशक में प्राण की फीस 5 से 10 लाख रुपए होती थी। केवल राजेश खन्ना और शशि कपूर को ही उनसे ज्यादा फीस मिलती थी।

In his recent interview with a leading daily, Salman Khan compared the lockdown to his reality show, Bigg Boss.
He says being stuck here is like living in the Bigg Boss house, and the only difference is that no one here is getting eliminated. Because there’s no one being eliminated, no one is after one another so that’s the beautiful part of it. Salman Khan also revealed that the tune for ‘Pyaar Karona’ was something he had in mind for a long time. So, they decided to jam on it and since the word Karona fit well, they had the lyrics ready in 5 minutes.

Salman’s other brother Sohail too has had his opportunities like Auzaar, Hello Brother and Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya. Sohail has been planning a fourth directorial with Salman for two years now. The mammoth project titled Sher Khan is said to be Tarzan-inspired jungle adventure featuring Salman in a never-before action avatar with plenty of animals for company.
The film was to kickstart in 2020. But has now been pushed forward to 2022.
A close friend of Salman spills the beans. “It’s really very simple. Bhai is not completely happy with the script. Sohail has gone back to the storyboard at least three times. But Bhai is still not satisfied. Salman wants Sher Khan to be a game changer in the action genre.”
Apparently Sohail is on the same page as Salman on this matter.
Says the source, “Sohail is okay with re-working the Sher Khan script as many times as required. He too wants Sher Khan to be a landmark in the action genre and in Salman’s career. Salman was supposed to start Sher Khan this year. But has now allotted those dates to his friend Sajid Nadiadwala for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.”
Incidentally the word ‘Sher’ doesn’t seem too favourable for our movies. Prior to Salman’s Sher Khan, Sanjay Dutt worked in a film of that title which got shelved midway.

कंगना ने आगे सफाई देते हुए कहा, ‘ट्विटर प्लेटफॉर्म पर आप प्रधानमंत्री, गृहमंत्री और आरएसएस को आतंकवादी कह सकते हैं मगर आतंकवादी को आतंकवादी नहीं कह सकते तो इन प्लेटफॉर्म का दाना पानी बंद होना चाहिए। हमें इसे खत्म करने का कोई रास्ता ढूंढना चाहिए और अपना कुछ बनाना चाहिए’।

कुछ दिनों पहले बबीता फोगाट के ट्वीट के बाद उन्हें खूब नेगेटिव रिएक्शन झेलने पड़े थे। इस मामले पर कहते हुए कंगना ने कहा, ‘जो भी राष्ट्रवाद के लिए आवाज उठाता है उसे इसी तरह शोषित किया जाता है। आज अगर बबीता जी को कुछ होता है तो आगे कोई राष्ट्रवादी आवाज नहीं उठेगी। उन्हें सुरक्षा प्रदान की जाए’।

हाल ही में जरीन ने अपने इंस्टाग्राम से यूट्यूब चैनल की जानकरी दी है। उन्होंने इसमें कहा, 'पब्लिक डिमांड के चलते मैं शुरू करने जा रही हूं अपना यूट्यूब चैनल। इस चैनल में आपको असल जिंदगी की जरीन खान देखने मिलेगी, ना कि एक्ट्रेस जरीन खान'। वीडियो में आगे जरीन ने ये भी बताया कि वो फिटनेस और ट्रैवल में ज्यादा ध्यान देने वाली हैं क्योंकि मेकअप और कुकिंग में वो ज्यादा एक्सपर्ट नहीं हैं।
जरीन ने चैनल लॉन्च करते हुए अपना पहला वीडियो भी शेयर कर दिया है जिसमें उन्होंने फैंस को चॉकलेट चिप्स कुकीज बनाने की रेसिपी सिखाई है। कम ही समय में जरीन के यूट्यूब चैनल पर 3 लाख से ज्यादा सब्सक्राइबर हो चुके हैं। वीर और हेट स्टोरी 2 एक्ट्रेस जरीन खान की तगड़ी फैन फॉलोविंग हैं। केवल उनके इंस्टग्राम अकाउंट में ही 8.3 मिलियन फॉलोवर्स हैं। एक्ट्रेस ने ये भी बताया है कि उन्होंने ये चैनल फैंस की भारी डिमांड पर ही शुरू किया है।

हाल ही में विद्या ने अपने इंस्टाग्राम अकाउंट से एक ट्यूटोरियल वीडियो शेयर किया है। इसमें विद्या ब्लाउज पीस और रबर बैंड के इस्तेमाल से मास्क तैयार कर रही है। इसमें उन्होंने कहा, 'कोरोना से बचने के लिए एक अहम चीज है मास्क। पर ना सिर्फ अपने देश में बल्कि दुनियाभर में मास्क की बहुत कमी है। पर जैसा कि हमारे प्रधानमंत्री जी ने कहा कि आप घर पर ही मास्क तैयार कर सकते हैं। कोई भी कपड़ा ले लीजिए। आज में एक ब्लाउज पीस का इस्तेमाल करने वाली हूं'।
