Disney’s Queen Of Katwe actress Nikita Pearl Waligwa has passed away at the age of 15 after battling brain tumour for years. The actress played a memorable role in the Mira Nair directorial. She died at a hospital in Kampala, Uganda.
As per reports, Nikita was in and out of the hospital for years and was battling cancer for three years. As soon as the news about death was revealed, tributes started pouring in for the young actress.
Lupita Nyong'o and David Oyelowo starred in the film. Nikita played the role of Phiona’s friend Gloria who explained chess rules to her. David Oyelowo took to Instagram to express his condolence to the family and her friends. "We mourn the loss of our beautiful Nikita Pearl Waligwa,” he captioned a photo of the actress via Instagram on Sunday. “She was a ball of light in @queenofkatwemovie and in life. Her battle with a brain tumor was humbling to witness. Her light will live on. #rip"
As per reports, director Mira Nair mobilized to help to fund Nikita’s treatment. She was diagnosed with brain tumour in 2016 but was cancer-free since 2017. It was after that that tumour was found again. At the time of her death, the young actress was a high school senior.

While the film is almost complete, Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan will head to Goa along with Jaaved Jaffery for the shoot of a romantic song. In the film, Sara hails from Goa and will be filming important scenes along with Jaaved that is integral for the narrative. The plan is to shoot this recreation of the original song at the beach locations and capture the scenic beauty. The song, right now unknown, is recreated by Tanishq Bagchi.
The original film featured some of the iconic songs including ‘Husn Hai Suhana’ and ‘Main Toh Raste Se Ja Raha Tha’ which will be recreated in the remake.
Pooja Entertainment's Coolie No 1, directed by David Dhawan, starring Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh, is all set to release on May 1, 2020.

अमित कर्ण / ज्योति शर्मा,मुंबई. फिल्म इंडस्ट्री मेंकई टैबू सब्जेक्ट्स पर फिल्में कर चुके आयुष्मान खुराना अब एक सबसे बड़े टैबू सब्जेक्ट समलैंगिकता पर बेस्ड फिल्म 'शुभ मंगल ज्यादा सावधान’ लेकर आरहे हैं। ऐसे सब्जेक्ट को बार-बार परदे पर उतारने में उनकी दिलचस्पी को लेकरसवालों की बौछार तो हाेना ही थी। हमने भी पूछे तीखे सवाल, पर आयुष्मान भी हर सवाल का सामना करने तैयार दिखे।
भास्कर केसवालों परआयुष्मान के बेबाक जवाब
- होमोसेक्सुअलिटी जैसी क्लासके लिए यह सोचआई कैसे?
मैं फिल्में कम देखता हूं, किताबें ज्यादा पढ़ता हूं। मैंने ‘लाय विथ मी’ किताब पढ़ी, जो दो होमोसेक्सुअल कैरेक्टर्स पर थी। इसे पढ़कर मुझे इस क्लास कोस्वीकारना आ गया। यही तैयारी सबसे जरूरी थी। मुंबई आने से पहले होमोसेक्सुअलिटी को लेकर मेरा परसेप्शन अलग था। हमारा समाज दरअसल पिछले कुछ सालों में काफी बदला है। मैं 2004 या 2005 की बात कर रहा हूं। एक ऑल बॉयज स्कूल में था। वहां गे बॉयज क्लब था। वह अपने में मस्त रहते थे और अपने तरीके से प्रोग्राम करते रहते थे। उन्होंने एक बार मुझे इनवाइट किया था कि हमारी पार्टी है। आप आइए गिटार लेकर।
- तो आपने क्या किया? इनविटेशन स्वीकारा या रिजेक्ट किया?
मैं डर गया। मैंने साफ कह दिया था कि, सॉरी, मैं अनकंफर्टेबल हूं। हालांकि अब सोचता हूं मुझे उस चीज का सम्मान रखना चाहिए था। उस पर डरने की क्या बात थी? लेकिन अब धीरे-धीरे मेरे अंदर यह बदलाव आया, जैसे दिल्ली में पहली जॉब की। वहां लोगों से मिला। उनके बारे में पढ़ा-जाना। फिर मुंबई में अगेन उनके बारे में जाना-समझा। पता चला, मेरी भी पुरानी सोच थी। अब मेरा नजरिया यह है कि मैं खुद ही तरह से एक एलजीबीटी कम्युनिटी का सपोर्टर बनगया हूं। मैं यह मानता हूं कि जो बदलाव मुझ में आया है वह बाकियों में भी आ सकता है।
- इस टॉपिक पर बेस्ड फिल्म आपको कैसे मिली?
मैं ऐसे मुद्दे पर कमर्शियल फिल्म करना चाह रहा था। दो साल पहले आइफा के दौरान हितेश से मिला था। वो मुझे बोल रहा था कि मैं सीक्वल लिख रहा हूं। मैंने पूछा कि एक लाइन में बता दो कि कहानी क्या है? तो वो बोला बहुत अलग है, पर साफ-साफ कुछ नहीं बताया। फिर मैंने कमरे का दरवाजा बंद किया तब उसने दबाव में आकर बता दिया कि होमोसेक्सुअलिटी पर फिल्म बना रहा हूं, तो मैं सचमुच में बहुत उत्साहित हो गया था। फिर हमने सोचा कि इसे ऐसे बनाएंगे जिससे फैमिलीज इससे कतराएं नहीं।
- फिल्म में एक लड़के को किस करते वक्त असहज नहीं हुए?
अब ऐसा है कि ये सीन फिल्म में दिखाना बहुत जरूरी था। काफी लोग बोलते हैं कि ऐसा करना प्राकृतिक नहीं है, ये सामान्य नहीं है। लेकिन किसके लिए क्या सामान्य है और क्या असामान्य, यह उनको डिसाइड करने दीजिए ना। जब मैं ड्रीम गर्ल की शूटिंग कर रहा था तो मैंने पार्किंग एरिया में दो लड़कों को एक दूसरे को किस करते हुए देखा। तब मुझे लगा कि हमारा देश इस तरहके विषय की फिल्म के लिए अब तैयार है। एक एक्टर होने के नाते आपको हर चीज करना पड़ती है, चाहे वो लड़की को किस करना पड़े या लड़के को किस करना पड़े। फिल्म की डिमांड केअनुसार कुछ भी करना पड़े मैं तैयार हूं।
- इमरान हाशमी की तरह लिपलॉक से पहले आपने भीकुछखाया था?
मुझे तो वैसे भी हो ओसीडी है। यानी कुछ भी खाओ तो माउथवाश करना ही होता है। मैं एक दिन में कम से कम तीन चार बार ब्रश करता हूं। किसी भी एक्टर के साथ किसिंग सीन कर रहे हैं तो उससे पहले आपकी सांसें फ्रेश होना यहतो एक गुड मैनर है ना। कोस्टार जीतू भी गर्म पानी पीता था। गरारे करता था। दो लोगों की केमिस्ट्री दिखाने के लिए कभी कभार किसिंग सीन जरूरी होता है। यह सीन हमारीफिल्म का सबसे अहम हिस्सा था।
- फिर से वही सवाल कि ये किरदार निभाते हुए हिचक नहीं हुई हो कि कैसे समलैंगिकों वाले सीन कर पाएंगे?
जब हम दोनों ने स्क्रिप्ट सुनी तो हम तैयार थे इसके लिए, कोई हिचक नहीं थी। मुझे लगता है जो एक्टर होमोसेक्सुअलिटी के प्रति खुले विचार का है वह ये रोल करने से पीछे नहीं हटेगा। यदि हमारे ये फिल्म करने से होमोसेक्सुअलिटी का विरोध करने वाले लोग एंटरटेनमेंट के जरिए इसकी एक्सेप्टेंस का मैसेज लेकर जाते हैं तो इससे बड़ी बात नहीं हो सकती।

मुम्बई से किरण जैन.सिद्धार्थ शुक्ला के बिग बॉस 13 विनर बनने के बाद सेसोशल मीडिया पर कुछ लोग शो मेकर्स पर पक्षपात करने और शो के फिक्स्ड होनेका आरोप लगा रहे हैं। ऐसे में खुद सिद्धार्थ ने सामने आकर इन आरोपों का जवाब दिया है। सिद्धार्थ ने फिक्सिंग पर गुस्सा होते हुए कहा - 'बहुत दुःख होता है जब कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि ये शो फिक्स्ड था। ऐसा बिलकुल नहीं है। हम सभी ने इसमें बहुत मेहनत की है और ये ट्रॉफी मेरी मेहनत का फल हैं।'
सिद्धार्थ शुक्ला ने आगे कहा-
सलमान को सीरियसली लियासलमान के साथ इंटरेक्शन का अनुभव बहुत ही अच्छा रहा। शो के दौरान उन्होंने मुझे बहुत समझाया और उनकी बातों को मैंने बहुत ही सीरियसली लिया था। इतना बड़ा व्यक्ति अगर आपको इतना वक्त दे रहा है तो वो वह बहुत बड़ी बात होती है।
बच्चे जैसी है शहनाज

बागी 3 में एक्शन सीन्स फिल्माने के लिए नहीं लिया वीएफएक्स का सहारा, किए गए 400 असली बम धमाके February 16, 2020 at 04:30PM
बॉलीवुड डेस्क.टाइगर श्रॉफ और श्रद्धा कपूर की 'बागी 3' में एक्शन का डोज तीन गुना ज्यादा रखने के लिए मेकर्स ने कुछ प्रयोग किए हैं। श्रद्धा ने बताया कि फिल्म में तकरीबन 400 बम धमाकों के बीच एक्शन सीक्वेंस फिल्माए गए हैं। टाइगर ने अपने सभी एक्शन सीक्वेंस खुद किए हैं। बॉडी डबल का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया है। बम धमाकों के सीक्वेंसेज वास्तविक लगें, इसके लिए वीएफएक्स के बजाय असली बम धमाके करवाए गए हैं। मेकर्स ने एक्शन सीक्वेंस में अंदाजन 100 किलो एक्सप्लोजन का इस्तेमाल किया है। हालांकि इस्तेमाल के दौरान सुरक्षा का पूरा ध्यान रखा गया था।
सीन शूट करते वक्त हम डर में थे- अहमद : डायरेक्टर अहमद खान ने कहा- 'हमनेएक सीन के लिये 90 से 95 ब्लास्ट एक साथ फिल्माए। तब हमचिंतित और डरे हुए थे क्योंकि इस सीन कोटाइगर खुद कर रहे थे।यह काफी खतरनाक स्टंट था। इसमेंवीएफएक्स नहीं है।टाइगर कीपीठ छिल गई,कट्स लगे, चोट लगी, पर वह नहीं रुके। उन्होंने गल्फ कंट्रीज की आर्मी का भी शुक्रिया अदा किया, जहां फिल्म शूट हुई है। टाइगर ने कहा- "मैं शुक्रगुजार हूं उनका उन्होंने अपनी आर्मी हमें दी। हमें टैंक्स मुहैया करवाए। वहां कीआर्मीखुद टैंक्स चलाकर सेट पर आती थी।उन्होंने हमें चॉपर और वैपनभी मुहैया करवाए।"
श्रद्धा कपूर कहती हैं- "हमारी पूरी फिल्म में टोटल 400 ब्लास्ट हुए हैं। सारे एक्शन लाइव फिल्माए गए हैं। टाइगर ने माइनस टेम्परेचर में एक्शन किया है। बतौर को-एक्टर मेरे लिए यह सब देखना वाकई में एक विहंगम अनुभव था। अहमद और एक्शन टीम ने हमसे लाइव एक्शन करवाया है ताकि सब कुछ रियल लगे। टैंक चलाना,धमाके,आर्म्स और वैपन्ससे गोलियां चल रही हैं। इसके बीच टाइगर दौड़ रहे हैं। मैं भाग रही हूं। कोईउछल रहा है। बाकी कूद रहेहैं। एक अलग ही तरह का समा बांधा है इस बार, जहां तक एक्शन का मामला है। स्पेशल इफैक्ट्स तो बहुत हैं। ट्रिक्स होते हैं, पर उन सब का सहारा नहीं लिया गया है।"
टाइगरकहते हैं-'हमारेपास शूटिंग का टाइम बहुत कम था, इसलिए हमने लाइव एक्शन किया। हम शूट करतेऔर सेट पर ही एडिट करके सीन कोइंडिया भेज देते थे। क्योंकि हमें इस साल मार्च में फिल्म को रिलीज करनी है जबकि हम लोग नवंबर दिसंबर तक शूट ही कर रहे थे। इसलिए हमारे पास अलग से वीएफएक्स का इस्तेमाल करने का वक्त ही नहीं था। इतनी लिबर्टी नहीं थी हमारे पास। तो हमने फैसला कर लिया कि भाई टैंक हो या चॉपर या वेपंस, हम लोग एक्शन लाइव ही करेंगे। हमारे सारे एक्शन सीक्वेंसेस अच्छे शूट हुए हैं।
6 मार्च को होगी रिलीज: 'बागी 3' 6 मार्च को रिलीज होने वाली है। फिल्म में टाइगर, श्रद्धा और रितेश के अलावा अंकिता लोखंडे, दानिश भट, विजय वर्मा, जयदीप अहलावत और जमील खौरी की अहम भूमिका है। फिल्म को साजिद नाडियादवाला ने प्रोड्यूस किया है।

The 1987 Shekhar Kapur directorial, Mr. India fronted by Anil Kapoor, Sridevi and Amrish Puri redefined the science fiction genre for Bollywood, and 33 years since then, the legacy of the film still lives on. The sequel for the classic has been in the news ever since the start of this decade, however, nothing materialized on that front. Bollywood Hungama has exclusively learnt that Ali Abbas Zafar, who last directed the Salman Khan – Katrina Kaif starrer Bharat, is all set to come up with a film which is based on the original film and is tentatively titled Mr. India 2. It will be produced by Zee Studios.
“It is Ali’s dream project and he has been silently working on it for a while now. The idea is to give a fresh spin to the already existing concept of Mr. India by getting it to the contemporary set-up. The film will be mounted on a never seen before scale, and will be among the biggest film to come out of Bollywood,” revealed a source close to the development.
To play the titular role of Mr. India, Ali is in advanced talks with Ranveer Singh who has loved the subject and is excited to step into the iconic shoes of Anil Kapoor from the original. “It’s neither a sequel nor a remake, but more of a spin-off of the original film set in the modern times. The film is in the pre-production stage and Ali has already locked the first draft of the script. Taking cue from Mr. India is a big deal, and Ali is being cautious with every step that he is taking,” the source informed adding further that the hunt for the character of Mogambo is still on. “It’s the most iconic character in history of Indian cinema and they are looking to cast a top superstar for the role.”
Ali Abbas Zafar and Ranveer Singh have previously worked together in the 2014 period action drama, Gunday, which was produced by YRF. Ever since, Ali directed three films with Salman Khan - Sultan, Tiger Zinda Hai and Bharat, all of which proved to be successful ventures at the box-office.
Apart from Mr. India, Ali Abbas Zafar is also working on the script of a female based superhero film with Katrina Kaif.
Mr. India 2 is eyeing at a 2022 festive release.

बॉलीवुड डेस्क.गुवाहाटी में हुए 65वें फिल्मफेयर अवार्ड में फिल्म गली ब्वॉय के गाने 'अपना टाइम आएगा' को फिल्मफेयर मिला। इस अवॉर्ड की दौड़ मेंमनोज मुंतशिर का लिखा गाना'तेरी मिट्टी...' भी शामिल था। गाने को सम्मान नहीं मिलने के कारण मनोज ने सोशल मीडिया पर संदेश लिखकर हर अवॉर्ड शो का बहिष्कार कर दिया है।
##गलत हुआ है गाने के साथ : मनोज कहते हैं कि - अगर पब्लिक के सामने इन दोनों गानों को साइड बाय साइड रख दिया जाए जिसमें एक का रिलिक्स यह है कि 'तेरी मिट्टी...' इस देश के लगभग 40 लाख मिलिट्री और पैरामिलिट्री फोर्सेस को रिप्रजेंट करता है। यह देश भक्ति के नेशनल एंथम की तरह है। अगर इस गाने की वैल्यू - 'तू नंगा ही तो आया है, घंटा लेकर जाएगा.. से की जा रही है तोयह गलत है।
सुनने वालों का दिल टूटा : मनोज कहते हैं - मुझे लगता है कि सिनेमा एक पर्दा है इसे कभी बेपर्दा नहीं होना चाहिए। इस तरह के फूहड़ गाने बनने ही नहीं चाहिए। अगर बन भी गया तो फिल्मफेयर जैसा अवार्ड उसे नॉमिनेट करें और नॉमिनेट करके उसे अवार्ड भी दे दें तो इससे मुझे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता है। लेकिन जनता को इससे बहुत तकलीफ पहुंची है। हिंदुस्तान जो इतना बड़ा देश है इसमें जो म्यूजिक समझते हैं। जो म्यूजिक जानते हैं उनका दिल टूटा है।
सोशल मीडिया पर भी किया शेयर : मनोज ने कहा-मैंने सोशल मीडिया पर लिखा भी है कि अब किसी अवॉर्ड फंक्शन में नहीं जाऊंगा। इसके बाद जो रिएक्शन आए उसे पढ़कर मेरी आंखें भर आती हैं। इस देश में जहां साहिर, कैफी, शैलेंद्र, पंडित प्रदीप हुए हैं। वहां गीतकारों को सम्मान देने का स्तर इतना नीचे गिर चुका है। मेरा क्या है। मुझे तो कोई दुख नहीं है। मैं तो फिर गाने लिखूंगा।फिर मेरे गाने आएंगे। मैं अभी कम से कम 10-12 बड़ी फिल्में कर रहा हूं। लेकिन आज के बाद मैं अपने आप को किसी अवॉर्ड फंक्शन में खड़ा हुआ नहीं पाऊंगा।
इन फिल्मों में काम कर रहे हैं मनोज : मनोज ने अपनीफिल्में गिनाते हुए कहा- मैं अजय देवगन की फिल्म के गाने लिख रहा हूं। साइना नेहवाल कीबायोपिक, चाणक्य के लिए गाने लिख रहा हूं। आमिर खान के साथ विक्रम बेताल कर रहा हूं। यह मेराडिसीजन है कि मुझे ऐसे लोगों से सम्मान नहीं चाहिए, जो सम्मान के लायक नहीं है। फिर वह कोई भी हो। मैं केवल एक अवॉर्ड के बारे में नहीं बोल रहा हूं। मुझे आज के बाद किसी भी अवाॅर्डमें नहीं जाना है।

बॉलीवुड डेस्क. 65वें फिल्मफेयर में तापसी पन्नु ने बेस्ट एक्ट्रेस (क्रिटिक्स) का खिताब जीता है। फिल्म ‘सांड की आंख’ के लिए उन्होंने यह पुरस्कार अपने नाम किया। तापसी की इस जीत से खुश डायरेक्टर तनुज गर्ग ने बधाई देते हुए उन्हें महिला आयुष्मान खुराना कह दिया। इसके बाद एक्ट्रेस ने गर्ग को ट्वीट कर उन्हें तापसी कहने की सलाह दे दी।
फिल्म ‘सांड की आंख’ के लिए बेस्ट एक्ट्रेस (क्रिटिक्स) अवॉर्ड जीतने से खुश तनुज ने ट्वीट किया कि, पावरहाउस तापसी को बधाई, हमारे बॉलीवुड की फीमेल आयुष्मान खुराना। डायरेक्टर के इस ट्वीट पर एक्ट्रेस ने जवाब दिया कि, बॉलीवुड की पहली तापसी पन्नु बुलाए जाने के बारे में क्या ख्याल है? तापसी के इस जवाब के बाद से ही सोशल मीडिया यूजर्स लगातार तारीफ कर रहे हैं।
‘गली बॉय’ बनी बेस्ट फिल्म
असम के गुवाहाटी में आयोजित हुए फिल्मेफेयर अवॉर्ड्स में फिल्म ‘गली बॉय’ ने बड़ी सफलता हासिल की है। फिल्म ने बेस्ट फिल्म, बेस्ट एक्टर(मेल-फीमेल), बेस्ट डायरेक्टर जैसे बड़े अवॉर्ड अपने नाम किए। आलिया भट्ट को बेस्ट एक्ट्रेस और रणवीर सिंह को बेस्ट एक्टर चुना गया।
2019 की चर्चित फिल्मों में से एक ‘सांड की आंख’ के लिए लीड एक्ट्रेस भूमि पेडनेकर और तापसी पन्नु को बेस्ट एक्ट्रेस (क्रिटिक्स) अवॉर्ड दिया गया। लाइफटाइम अचीवमेंट अवॉर्ड रमेश सिप्पी और एक्सीलेंस इन सिनेमा पुरस्कार गोविंदा को दिया गया।

सनी लियोन ने की चमड़ा त्यागने की अपील
एक्ट्रेस सनी लियोन ने भी लैक्मे फैशन वीक के दौरान जानवरों के साथ होती क्रूरता को दिखातापेटाका एड पेश किया। उन्होंने कहा कि, हमारे पास इतने सारे वीगन शूज, बैग और जैकेट्स चुनने के लिए हैं। और इन सब के होने के बाद भी पर्यावरण को नुकसान पहुंचाने और एनिमल स्किन पहनने का कोई मतलब नहीं बनता है।
सनी ने बताया कि मैंने चमड़े का सामान बनाए जाने की खौफनाक कहानी जानने के बाद जानवरों को बचाने की कसम ली है। उन्होंने अपने प्रशंसकों से लेदर के सामान का उपयोग न करने की अपील की।

बॉलीवुड डेस्क. अनिल कपूर ने अपने इंस्टाग्राम पर अभिनव बिन्द्रा की बायोपिक की कास्ट के साथ फाेटो शेयर की है। जिसमें अनिल, हर्षवर्धन और अभिनव बिन्द्रा नजर आ रहे हैं। अनिल ने बताया कि फिल्म की शूटिंग शुरू हो चुकी है। वहीं हर्षवर्धन ने भी अपनी इंस्टा स्टोरी पर 12 फरवरी के शूट शेड्यूल की फोटो शेयर की है।
3 साल से अटकी थीफिल्म :अभिनव की फिल्म की शूटिंग12 फरवरी से शुरू हो चुकी है।हर्षवर्धन ने 2017 में इंस्टाग्राम के जरिए यह कहा था कि वे बायोपिक का हिस्सा बनने को लेकर उत्साहित हैं। यह पहला मौका है जब अनिल अपने बेटे के साथ स्क्रीन पर नजर आएंगे। इसके पहले वे बेटी सोनम के साथ 'एक लड़की को देखा तो ऐसा लगा' में काम कर चुके हैं।
ओलंपिक में जीता था गोल्ड : अभिनव ने2008 के समर ओलंपिक में 10 मीटर एयर राइफल में गोल्ड जीता था।कनन अय्यर निर्देशित फिल्म के लिए अनिल और हर्षवर्धन ने बिंद्रा के साथ समय बिताया। इस फिल्म के लिए दोनों एक्टर्स चाहते थे कि वो अभिनव के जीवन को बखूबी पर्दे पर उतार सकें। इसलिए उन्होंने तैयारी के लिए ज्यादा वक्त लिया। हर्षवर्धन ने शूटिंग की खास ट्रेंनिग ली और उसे पूरा करने के बाद फिजिकल ट्रेनिंग भी ली।
