Adnan Khan and Eisha Singh starrer Ishq Subhan Allah was rumoured to go off-air after it witnessed a drop in the TRP post-lockdown. Two friends of Sushant Singh Rajput to go on hunger strike from October 2 onwards September 28, 2020 at 06:05PM
Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14. His untimely death is being investigated by the Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI). It seems like there's unrest amongst his friends with the delay in updates from CBI. Two friends of Sushant Singh Rajput, Ganesh Hiwarkar & Ankit Acharya, have said that they are going on a hunger strike from October 2 onwards.
In a video, Hiwarkar said, "We have been demanding justice in the Sushant Singh Rajput murder case from the beginning. But, there have been no updates from the CBI for the past few days. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is doing its job and looking for drugs connection. We also want the drugs mafia to end. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is also doing its job. But we want justice for Sushant and there has been no update from the CBI regarding that."
They said that if they get permission from the police, they'll go on a hunger strike at Delhi's Rajghat or in Mumbai. "That is why we are going on a three-day hunger strike from October 2. If we get permission from the Delhi Police, we will do the hunger strike outside Rajghat. If we don't get permission, we will do a hunger strike in Mumbai after taking permission from the Mumbai Police. If we don't get permission for that as well. We will do a hunger strike in my house," he added.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment on June 14.

Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: AIIMS panel submits conclusive findings to the CBI September 28, 2020 at 06:03PM
For over three months, the country has been waiting to find out the reason behind Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely death. The actor died by suicide on June 14 and his family along with his industry colleagues were keen on a CBI inquiry. However, after a simulation of his room in his Bandra apartment, the CBI sought help from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences’ Forensic Department. A team of four doctors led by Dr. Sudhir Gupta started looking into the late actor’s forensic and viscera reports.
As per the reports, after a study of over 40 days, the panel of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has submitted its conclusive findings to the CBI. The panel had earlier nullified the angle of a murder and had assured that the reports were being examined in all the possible angles. While there are no details regarding the conclusive reports, the family lawyer of Sushant Singh Rajput, Vikas Singh had expressed displeasure over the delay by the CBI.

Varun Dhawan to head to Chandigarh for Raj Mehta's romantic comedy with Kiara Advani September 28, 2020 at 06:00PM
Earlier in August, Bollywood Hungama exclusively revealed that Good Newwz director Raj Mehta had locked in his next script & roped in Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani for the upcoming romantic comedy. The film also stars Anil Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor as Varun's parents. The makers plan to take the film on floors by October end.
According to a daily, Varun Dhawan recently resumed work after six months at home for Amar Kaushik's Bhediya. He will soon head off to Chandigarh to begin the schedule of Raj Mehta's romantic comedy with Kiara Advani. The film's co-producer Shashank Khaitan is already in Chandigarh to work on selected teams for the shoot and procure permission to shoot at the locations.
It is being reported that Varun Dhawan may start shooting from October 24 onwards. Anil Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor are expected to join the cast during the last schedule.
Interestingly, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani were supposed to star in Mr. Lele, directed by Shashank Khaitan. The film was eventually shelved. Kiara appeared in Kalank in a song sequence ‘First Class’ and dance with Varun.
This will be Kiara's second outing with Raj Mehta after blockbuster Good Newwz starring Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Diljit Dosanjh.

जिंदगी की जंग हार गई पीड़िता
14 सितंबर को हुई इस वारदात के बाद करीब 15 दिनों तक पीड़िता अस्पताल में जिंदगी की जंग लड़ती रही, लेकिन मंगलवार तड़के उसने दिल्ली के सफदरगंज अस्पताल में दम तोड़ दिया। दरिंदों ने गैंगरेप के बाद पीड़िता की जीभ काट दी थी, रीढ़ की हड्डी तोड़ दी थी और दुपट्टे से उसका गला घोंट दिया था। वे उसे मरा जानकर बाजरे के खेत में छोड़ गए थे।
14 सितंबर को क्या हुआ था?
परिवार के मुताबिक, उस दिन सुबह-सुबह पीड़िता, उसका बड़ा भाई और मां गांव के जंगल में घास काटने गए थे। जब घास की एक गठरी बंध गई तो बड़ा भाई उसे लेकर घर चला आया। मां और बेटी खेत में अकेले रह गए। मां आगे घास काट रही थी। बेटी पीछे कुछ दूर उसे इकट्ठा कर रही थी। इसी दौरान चारों अभियुक्तों ने पीड़िता के गले में पड़े दुपट्टे से उसे बाजरे के खेत में खींच कर उसके साथ गैंगरेप किया।

इस घटना के विरोध में सोशल मीडिया पर भी लोगों का गुस्सा देखा जा रहा है और मंगलवार सुबह से ही ट्विटर पर #RIPManishaValmiki, CBI4HathrasGangRape, #JusticeForManishaValmiki जैसे हैशटैग ट्रेंड करते रहे।

सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के मामले में एम्स की टीम ने जांच रिपोर्ट सीबीआई को सौंप दी है। रिपोर्ट्स की मानें तो बचे हुए 20 फीसदी विसरा की जांच करने के बाद एम्स की टीम इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुंची है कि सुशांत को जहर नहीं दिया गया था। विसरा में किसी तरह का जहर नहीं पाया गया है।
कूपर हॉस्पिटल के डॉक्टर्स को क्लीन चिट नहीं
एम्स की रिपोर्ट में सुशांत सिंह राजपूत का पोस्टमॉर्टम करने वाले कूपर हॉस्पिटल के डॉक्टर्स को पूरी तरह क्लीन चिट नहीं दी गई है। इसमें लिखा गया है कि कूपर हॉस्पिटल की रिपोर्ट को विस्तार से देखने को जरूरत है।
साथ यह इशारा भी किया गया है कि सुशांत के मामले में अस्पताल की ओर से लापरवाही की गई है। कूपर हॉस्पिटल ने सुशांत की पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट में मौत का समय नहीं डाला था। इसे लेकर भी एम्स की टीम ने सवाल उठाया है।
जहर देने की थ्योरी पर विराम
एम्स की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद उस थ्योरी पर विराम लग गया है, जिसमें सुशांत को जहर या बेहोशी की दवा देने का दावा किया जा रहा था। रिपोर्ट्स से यह स्पष्ट हो गया है कि उन्हें जहर देकर नहीं मारा गया। उनकी मौत के मामले में इस नजरिए से कोई फाउल प्ले नहीं है।
सीबीआई हर एंगल से कर रही जांच
सोमवार को सीबीआई ने कहा कि सुशांत सिंह राजपूत मामले की जांच में किसी भी एंगल को छोड़ा नहीं जा रहा है। इसकी हर पहलू से जांच की जा रही है। अब सीबीआई सुशांत की बहन मीतू, प्रियंका सिंह और जीजा ओपी सिंह भी पूछताछ कर सकती है। मीतू और प्रियंका से पहले भी सवाल-जवाब हो चुके हैं।

The Narcotics Control Bureau filed an affidavits in the High Court on Monday, opposing the bail application of Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik. पायल घोष ने सोमवार को रिपब्लिकन पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया (आरपीआई) के अध्यक्ष रामदास के साथ एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। उन्होंने अनुराग कश्यप को गिरफ्तार करने की मां की। एक्ट्रेस ने कहा, 'मैंने इस बारे में बात करने के लिए अपने करियर को जोखिम में डाला है। ऐसे दर्दनाक अनुभव के बारे में बोलने के लिए साहस चाहिए। सभी से अनुरोध है कि वे डरे नहीं और बाहर आकर बोलें।' पायल के वकील नितिन सतपुते ने अपने ऑफिशियल स्टेटमेंट में कहा, 'मेरी क्लाइंट ने मुझे बताया कि अगर उन्हें इंसाफ नहीं मिलेगा तो वह भूख हड़ताल पर बैठ जाएंगी।'
रामदास अठावले ने कहा-मेरी पार्टी पायल को सुरक्षा देगी

22 सितंबर को कश्यप पर दर्ज हुआ रेप का केस
दक्षिण भारतीय फिल्मों में काम कर चुकी एक्ट्रेस पायल घोष ने फिल्म डायरेक्टर-प्रोड्यूसर अनुराग कश्यप के खिलाफ रेप का मामला दर्ज करवाया है। मुंबई के विक्रोली पुलिस स्टेशन में 22 सितंबर की रात एफआईआर दर्ज की गई थी। इससे पहले सोमवार को ओशिवारा थाने की पुलिस ने अपना इलाका नहीं होने की बात कहकर केस दर्ज करने से मना कर दिया था। एक्ट्रेस का आरोप है कि कश्यप ने 2013 में वर्सोवा में यरी रोड की एक लोकेशन पर रेप किया था। अनुराग के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म, गलत बर्ताव, गलत इरादे से रोकने और महिला का अपमान करने की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

ड्रग्स मामले में गिरफ्तार हुई एक्ट्रेस रिया चक्रवर्ती और उनके भाई शोविक चक्रवर्ती की जमानत याचिका पर आज बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई होनी है। इनके अलावा सुशांत के होम मैनेजर रहे सैमुअल मिरांडा, कुक दीपेश सावंत और ड्रग पेडलर बाशित परिहार की जमानत पर अदालत आज अपना निर्णय दे सकती है। इन सभी की जमानत याचिकाएं दो-दो बार निचली अदालतों से खारिज हो चुकी है। शोविक से एनसीबी के अधिकारी जेल में भी पूछताछ कर चुके हैं।
आज इस मामले में नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो अपनी फाइंडिंग्स अदालत के सामने रख सकता है। इनमें एक्टर्स दीपिका पादुकोण, श्रद्धा कपूर और सारा अली खान के बयान भी शामिल हैं। सुशांत से जुड़े ड्रग्स केस में अबतक 21 लोगों को एनसीबी गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है।
एम्स ने प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट सीबीआई को सौंप दी
इस बीच सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के मामले में अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (एम्स) की टीम ने ऑटोप्सी और विसरा की प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट सीबीआई को सौंप दी है। सीबीआई ने बयान जारी कर कहा है कि सुशांत सिंह राजपूत मामले में अभी किसी निष्कर्ष पर नहीं पहुंचा जा सका है और सभी पहलुओं की जांच जारी है। 14 जून को सुशांत की मौत के बाद से ही कई तरह के सवाल उठ रहे थे, जिसके बाद सीबीआई के कहने पर डॉ सुधीर गुप्ता की अध्यक्षता में एम्स का एक मेडिकल पैनल बनाया गया था, ताकि पोस्टमार्टम और विसरा रिपोर्ट का बारीकी से विश्लेषण किया जा सके।
क्षितिज और सैमुअल मिरांडा के संबंध मिले
शनिवार को जब इस केस में धर्ममेटिक एंटरटेनमेंट(करन जोहर) के पूर्व प्रड्यूसर/डायरेक्टर क्षितिज प्रसाद को गिरफ्तार किया गया था, तब उससे पूछताछ के बाद एक लिंक सैमुअल मिरांडा से जुड़ रहा था। रिया चक्रवर्ती को एनसीबी ने जिस सिंडिकेट का हिस्सा बताया है, उसमें भी सैमुअल मिरांडा का नाम है। दरअसल रविवार को क्षितिज की रिमांड के दौरान एनसीबी ने कहा था कि वह इस केस में गिरफ्तार करमजीत सिंह आनंद से ड्रग खरीदता था। करमजीत से सैमुअल मिरांडा भी ड्रग्स लेता था।
सुशांत के पिता के वकील ने जांच प्रक्रिया पर उठाए थे सवाल
सुशांत सिंह का परिवार लगातार सीबीआई जांच को लेकर सवालियां निशाना लगा रहा है। पिता केके सिंह के वकील विकास सिंह ने एक ट्वीट में लिखा था, 'सुशांत सिंह राजपूत को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के मामले को सीबीआई हत्या के मामले में बदलने में देरी कर रही है, इससे निराशा बढ़ रही है। एम्स टीम का हिस्सा रहे एक डॉक्टर ने मुझे बहुत पहले ही बता दिया था कि मेरे द्वारा भेजे गए फोटोज 200% इशारा कर रहे हैं कि ये मौत गला घोंटने से हुई है, न कि आत्महत्या से।' हालांकि, एम्स की टीम ने सिंह के दावे का खंडन किया था।

नारकोटिक्स की मुम्बई यूनिट ने क्षितिज रवि प्रसाद के घर से बरामद ड्रग की मात्रा के बाद ही उन्हें कानूनी तरीके से अरेस्ट किया है। इसके साथ ही उनके वकील और परिवार (उनकी माँ) को भी कानूनी तौर से बताया गया था। एनसीबी ने साफ किया कि हमने उनकी पत्नी और ससुर को भी मिलने की इजाजत दी थी।
नारकोटिक्स ने अपनी सफाई में ये भी बताया है कि क्षितिज जांच में सहयोग नहीं कर रहे थे, जिसकी जानकारी संबंधित कोर्ट के संज्ञान में भी लाई गई थी। इसी आधार पर हमने मेडिकल चेकअप के बाद उनकी पुलिस रिमांड ली थी।
सतीश ने एनसीबी पर लगाए थे ये आरोप
बॉलीवुड ड्रग केस में गिरफ्तार किए गए क्षितिज के वकील ने एनसीबी पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए थे। जिसमें सतीश ने कहा था कि नारकोटिक्स के अधिकारियों ने क्षितिज को झूठा बयान देने के लिए दबाव बनाया था, ताकि वह बयान में करण जौहर, सोमेन मिश्रा, राखी, अपूर्वा, नीरज, राहिल, जैसी सेलेब्रिटीज का नाम शामिल कर लें।
जब क्षितिज ने इन सबसे इनकार कर दिया तब समीर वानखेड़े ने कहा कि वो उसको सबक सिखाएंगे और उसको अपनी कुर्सी के बगल फर्श पर बैठ दिया और उसके चेहरे पर अपना जूता रख दिया। सतीश ने ये भी आरोप लगाए थे कि क्षितिज के घर से कुछ भी बरामद नही हुआ था लेकिन पुलिस ने सिगरेट की बट का पंचनामा गांजे के जॉइंट के रूप में दिखाया है। जिसकी चर्चा तमाम मीडिया हाउस से लेकर सोशल मीडिया तक छाई रही।
कोर्ट में क्षितिज ने नहीं किया था टाॅर्चर का जिक्र
पुलिस हिरासत के बाद जब उन्हें दोबारा कोर्ट के सामने हाजिर किया गया था तो कोर्ट ने भी इस तरह के किसी भी बुरे बर्ताव को नोटिस में नहीं लिया था। जिससे साफ होता है कि एनसीबी की हिरासत में क्षितिज को किसी भी तरह की शारीरिक प्रताड़ना नहीं दी गई थी।
इतना ही नही, क्षितिज ने खुद भी इस तरह के किसी दुर्व्यवहार का जिक्र नहीं किया था। एनसीबी ने मीडिया की खबरों को पूरी तरह तथ्यहीन और बेबुनियाद बताया है। नारकोटिक्स विभाग ने कहा कि ये सच से परे है।
एनसीबी ने अपनी सफाई तो दे दी है लेकिन बॉलीवुड के इस हाई प्रोफाइल केस में आगे भी इस तरह के आरोपों और प्रत्यारोपों का दौर चलता रहेगा। ऐसे में नारकोटिक्स विभाग को भी उन गलतियों से बचना होगा जो मुम्बई पुलिस ने की थी।

कोरोना महामारी के कारण टेलीविजन शोज की शूटिंग के तरीके में भी काफी बदलाव आ गया है। कोविड से पहले जो एक्टर्स शूटिंग से ब्रेक के दौरान एक साथ बैठकर खाना खाते थे, वे अब कोरोना वायरस को ध्यान में रखकर सेट पर सोशल डिस्टेन्सिंग का पालन कर रहे हैं। हालांकि सीरियल 'अनुपमा' के एक्टर्स ने इसका तोड़ निकाल लिया है।
दैनिक भास्कर से बातचीत के दौरान शो में वनराज शाह का मुख्य किरदार निभा रहे अभिनेता सुधांशु पांडे ने बताया कि COVID 19 ने कैसे उन्हें अपनी टीम के काफी करीब ला दिया।

वे बताते हैं, 'मैं उन अभिनेताओं में से एक हूं जिसे अपनी प्राइवेसी पसंद हैं। सेट पर भी मैं उन लोगों में से एक रहा हूं, जो आवश्यकता नहीं होने पर अपनी वैनिटी वैन से बाहर नहीं निकलते। मैंने हमेशा अपना खाना अकेले खाया है और हमेशा से ऐसा ही रहा है। लेकिन COVID और साढ़े 3 महीनों तक घर में बंद रहने से चीजें बदल गईं हैं।'
आगे उन्होंने कहा, 'मैंने हमेशा रूपाली और सभी को एक साथ बैठकर खाना खाते देखा। इसीलिए मैं भी एक-दो बार उनके साथ बैठा और मुझे काफी अच्छा लगा। बाकी कलाकारों के साथ चैट करने और साथ में हंसने और इनपुट शेयर करने से एक अद्भुत बदलाव महसूस हुआ। यह एक शानदार अनुभव है। यह एक ऐसी आदत बन गई है कि मैं अब अकेले बैठकर खाना नहीं खा सकता।'
सुधांशु आगे बताते हैं, 'सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग ने हमारे लिए बहुत कुछ बदल दिया है। हम पहले की तरह शूटिंग नहीं कर रहे हैं। हम अपने शरीर, अपने कपड़ों की सफाई कर रहे हैं। लेकिन ना हम हाथ मिलाते हैं और ना किसी के गले लगते हैं। तकनीशियन पूरे दिन मास्क पहने हुए रहते हैं और अभिनेता केवल तभी इसे उतारते हैं जब वे शॉट दे रहे होते हैं। यह अब सामान्य हो गया है और ऐसा नहीं है कि इससे मेरे जीवन पर फर्क पड़ रहा है।'
हम अपनी बॉन्डिंग पर समझौता नहीं करते हैं: आशीष मल्होत्रा
अभिनेता आशीष मेहरोत्रा ने बताया, 'मुझे याद है कि लॉकडाउन से पहले हम सभी एक साथ बैठकर खाना खाते थे। अब हम यह भी मानते हैं कि जब हम एक साथ बैठकर भोजन करते हैं, तो हम अपने विचारों को बेहतर ढंग से शेयर कर सकते हैं। चूंकि यह एक पारिवारिक शो है, यह वास्तव में सभी की मदद करता है।'
'लॉकडाउन के बाद हमने सावधानी बरती है। हम वो खाना खाते हैं जो हमें अपने घरों से मिलता है। हम अपने हाथों को सैनिटाइज करते हैं। खाने से पहले हम अपना खाना शेयर करते हैं। जो कोई भी खाना चाहता है, हम उसे इस तरह से शेयर करते हैं कि वे इसे ले सकें।'
'एक बार जब हम खाना शुरू करते हैं, तो हम शेयर नहीं करते। हम अपनी बॉन्डिंग पर समझौता नहीं करते हैं। हम सभी के बीच काफी दूरी भी है। यह सबसे अच्छा समय है क्योंकि ये 40 मिनट, हम बात करते हैं, हम शांत होते हैं और बहुत सारे विचार एक-दूसरे से शेयर करते हैं।'

Kshitij Prasad alleges NCB forced him to falsely implicate Karan Johar in drugs investigation, agency denies these claims September 27, 2020 at 07:18PM
Former Dharmatic Entertainment (Dharma Productions’ digital firm) employee Kshitij Prasad was arrested on September 26 after being summoned in by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for questioning in the drugs probe. He has now alleged that NCB tried to force him to falsely implicate Karan Johar and the other big names from Dharma Productions. Though the agency has denied these claims, Kshitij Prasad’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde alleged that his client was being blackmailed and harassed by the NCB officials.
According to Indian Express, Satish Maneshinde told the news portal, “The NCB officers, apart from Sameer Wankhede, were courteous to Kshitij and provided him with a comfortable sleeping arrangement. The next morning when his statement recording resumed, Kshitij was categorically informed by Sameer Wankhede in the presence of several other officers, that since he was associated with Dharma Productions, they would let him off if he implicated Karan Johar and some others, falsely alleging that they consumed drugs. Kshitij refused to comply with this despite the pressure being mounted on him as he did not know any of these people personally and did not wish to falsely implicate anyone.”
However, Sameer Wankhede denied these claims stating that it is a normal routine for the accused to make such allegations. NCB Deputy DG Jain told Indian Express, “The investigation is being carried out in a professional manner and there is no intended target other than what is revealed during the investigation. The allegations (by Prasad) are absolutely untrue.”
On September 26, Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, and Shraddha Kapoor were summoned for questioning in the drugs scandal. A day ago, Deepika’s manager Karishma Prakash and Rakul Preet Singh were also questioned by NCB.
In a statement released last week, Karan Johar revealed that Kshitij Prasad worked with Dharmatic briefly and that he did not know him personally. He also said, "I would like to further state that several media news channels have been airing news reports that Kshitij Prasad and Anubhav Chopra are my "aides"/"close aides". I would like to place on record that I do not know these individual personally and neither of these two individuals are "aides" or "close aides". NEITHER I, NOR DHARMA PRODUCTIONS CAN BE MADE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT PEOPLE DO IN THEIR PERSONAL LIVES. THESE ALLEGATIONS DO NOT PERTAIN TO DHARMA PRODUCTIONS.”
