The untimely demise of Sushant Singh Rajput has sent shockwaves across the nation. The actor worked in films like Kai Po Che, Byomkesh Bakshy, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, and Chhichhore among others. As the news surrounding his death has shocked everyone, it has also led to netizens bullying some of the women in Sushant’s life.

Sushant Singh Rajput dated Ankita Lokhande in the past. Both of them were lead actors on Pavitra Rishta. After they broke up, there were rumours that the actor was dating Raabta co-star Kriti Sanon. In recent times, he was linked to Rhea Chakraborty. Since none of them put up posts for Sushant, netizens started calling them out.

On Twitter, Sonam Kapoor called out those who were blaming the women in his life. She wrote, “Blaming a girlfriend, ex girlfriend, family, colleagues for someone’s death is ignorant and f**king mean spirited.”

Sonakshi Sinha also felt the negativity on social media and wrote on Instagram, “The problem with wrestling with pigs is that you get dirty and the pig enjoys it. To certain people trying to garner publicity and highlight THEIR issues using the death of a member of our fraternity...PLEASE just stop. Your spewing negativity, hate and toxicity is really not required right now. Have some respect for the departed. Really.”

Kriti Sanon’s sister Nupur also took to Instagram to share words about the social media bullying that began after his death. “Everybody has suddenly started talking about mental health on social media since yesterday...and then we have people harassing people who are actually in a state of shock,who are hurt,who are grieving ..by sending them disgusting tweets, msgs, comments for not posting on lnstagram !! ‘You are so heartless’ ‘ek post tak nahi daala’ ‘Tum logo ne ek reaction nahi diya kitne pathar dil ho tum’ These are the comments and msgs we are constantly getting !! Aap ki permission ho toh sukoon se ro sakte hain?? Please??,” she wrote.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s family arrived in Mumbai on Sunday night and Monday morning in order to perform the last rites at Pawan Hans Crematorium on June 15.

She was already unwell for the past few days and she had stopped eating ever since she heard the news of Sushant’s death. She passed away while his funeral was being conducted in Mumbai.

Mumbai Police reported that the actor was under medication for depression. And that the cause of death was asphyxia due to hanging.

Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh said on Monday that the Mumbai Police will probe Sushant Singh Rajput’s alleged suicide and take a look into the cause of death after reports surfaced of professional rivalry. “While the post mortem report says actor @itsSSR committed suicide by hanging himself, there are media reports that he allegedly suffered from clinical depression because of professional rivalry. @MumbaiPolice will probe this angle too,” Deshmukh tweeted.

Sushant Singh Rajput made his debut in Kai Po Che after starring in TV show Pavitra Rishta. He went onto star in rom-com Shuddh Desi Romance (2013), Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! (2015), PK (2014), M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016) and Kedarnath (2018). He was last seen in Nitesh Tiwari's Chhichore.

Sushant Singh Rajput was soon going to be seen in Dil Bechara alongside Sanjana Sanghi. Directed by Mukesh Chhabra, the film was reported eyeing for digital release. It is a remake of The Fault Of Our Stars.

Towards the end of 2019, Akshay Kumar announced his next venture Bell Bottom which was touted to be a spy thriller based on true events. In fact, a promotional first look of Kumar in the title role was released in November 2019 that went on to create immense hype for the film. Now after the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions being lifted, the possibility of beginning film shootings is increasing. Though it will still be a while till films commence with full scale operations, we hear that Akshay Kumar is looking to commence work on Bell Bottom rather quickly. If that wasn’t enough, we also hear that the film will entirely be shot in Scotland.

Commenting on the same a source says, “Yes producer Vashu Bhagnani and Akshay Kumar are looking to start work on the film by next month and it will be predominantly shot overseas. In fact, the entire film will be shot in Scotland.” Prod the source whether an entire shoot done overseas would raise the overall budget, the source continues, “Given the current times, and the fact that most countries have faced economic setbacks, film shoots that are being done overseas can look at getting assistance in terms of permissions and rebates in return for in-film promotions.”

Further talking about the practicality of shooting, the source continues, “Though permissions to shoot have been acquired, strict guidelines have been laid out that will have to be followed to ensure everyone's safety.”  Quiz the source on whether the location of Scotland will play an integral part of the film and he continues, “As of now nothing can really be said apart from the fact that Bell Bottom is a spy thriller that is set against the 80s backdrop.”

While it still remains unclear whether the story of Bell Bottom that is said to be based on true events will revolve around happenings in Scotland, we guess the answer will be revealed when the film shooting commences. As for Bell Bottom itself, directed by Ranjit M Tewari, the film is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jacky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani. Starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role, Bell Bottom is set for a release on January 22, 2021.

शो से जुड़े एक सूत्र ने बताया कि, 'जब से महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने शूटिंग की अनुमति दी हैं, प्रोड्यूसर्स अपनी-अपनी टीम से सलाह-मशविरा करते हुए पूछ रहे हैं कि इसे आगे कैसे बढ़ाया जाए। आख़िरकार टीम ने 20 जून से शूट शुरू करने का फैसला लिया है।'

सबसे पहले शूट होगा प्रोमो

आगे उन्होंने कहा, 'पार्थ कुछ दिन पहले हैदराबाद अपने दोस्त से मिलने गए थे। टीम ने उन्हें मुंबई आने के लिए इन्फॉर्म कर दिया है। मुंबई पहुंचकर पार्थ को कुछ दिनों के लिए क्वारैंटाइन रहना होगा, उसके बाद ही वे शूट शुरू कर पाएंगे। इस बात को ध्यान में रखकर शूटिंग शेड्यूल बनाया गया है। सबसे पहले टीम एक कमबैक प्रोमो शूट करेगी, जिसमे एरिका और पार्थ नजर आएंगे।'

एरिका शूट के लिएतैयार नहीं थीं

बता दें कि इससे पहले तक कोरोना वायरस की महामारी के बीच एरिका इस माहौल के बीच शूटिंग शुरू करने के लिए तैयार नहीं थी। लेकिन टीम ने उन्हें आश्वस्त किया है कि सेट पर हर तरह की सावधानी बरती जाएगी।

एकता ने कम नहीं की सैलरी

लॉकडाउन के चलते जहां कुछ प्रोड्यूसर्स ने अपने एक्टर्स से उनकी सैलरी कम करने के लिए कहा है, वहीं एकता ने ऐसा नहीं किया है। एकता ने अपने टीम मेंबर्स को भरोसा दिया है कि उनके पैसे बिल्कुल नहीं कटेंगे और वक्त पर सैलरी मिलती रहेगी।

राजन शाही भी शुरू करेंगे शूटिंग

एकता कपूर के अलावा प्रोड्यूसर राजन शाही ने भी अपनी 'ये रिश्ता क्या कहलाता है' टीम को शूटिंग शुरू करने का निर्देश दे दिए हैं। कुछ ही दिनों में वे भी शूट करना शुरू कर देंगे।
