Akshay Kumar’s first look as a man possessed by the spirit of a transgender in Laxmmi Bomb stirred up a lot of buzz ever since it came out. The film is the remake of the Tamil hit, Muni 2: Kanchana. Laxmmi Bomb is being directed by Raghava Lawrence, who walked out of the project because of the creative differences with the makers. Even though he came back to it, nobody really spoke about the issue out in the open.
Akshay Kumar recently opened up about the issue in a recent interview with a leading tabloid. The actor said that he has no clue as to what happened between the makers but he says that Raghava and their producer, Shabina Khan, spoke about it and sorted everything out. He said that once the two got the issues sorted, nobody spoke about it and the shooting went on as scheduled. Akshay also revealed that he has enjoyed working with Raghava Lawrence so far and that he is a great director who knows his way around the horror-thriller genre.
Speaking of his role in the film, Akshay Kumar said that he loved shooting while wearing a saree, he loves doing the tricky stuff. He also revealed that a lot of people asked him not to go ahead with Toilet: Ek Prem Katha and Padman, but he went with his initial decision and the box office speaks for itself.

Salman Khan is presently busy shooting for his Eid 2020 release, Radhe, which is his third collaboration with Prabhu Dheva after Wanted and the recently released, Dabangg 3. Though there have been several speculations about his next from Radhe ranging from Kick 2 to Satte Pe Satta remake, the 54-year-old superstar hasn’t signed on for any film. Bollywood Hungama has exclusively learnt that he is contemplating on several subjects which are offered to him and will take a call on his next only once Radhe is out of his system.
“Kabir Khan, who wrapped up shooting for ‘83 recently, has narrated an idea to Salman, which he has loved. The duo have discussed a probably collaboration and might go ahead with the same once Kabir locks the script and screenplay. Both of them are eager to collaborate after a 4 year break,” revealed a source close to the development.
Salman and Kabir have previously worked on two blockbusters, Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan and one dud, Tubelight, following which there have been reports about a fall-out between the two. The duo however has never spoken about the alleged fall-out. Kabir was recently spotted with Salman at two occasions – the premiere of Dabangg 3 and Arpita Khan’s Christmas party. “It is in a very nascent stage and things will be clear on this towards the second half of the year. Salman will finish another film before moving onto Kabir’s next, if things materialize as expected,” the source added.
Kabir is currently working on the post-production of his upcoming sport-drama, ‘83, which stars Ranveer Singh in the lead. He is simultaneously also developing the script of his next with his team of writers. “Salman – Kabir film belongs to an exciting space, which neither of the two have explored before and the collaboration will definitely happen once the script is final. There is no bad blood between them now as they are aware about being a formidable force together, forming a winning combo,” the source concludes on an optimistic note.

बॉलीवुड डेस्क(उमेश कुमार उपाध्याय). आज दो सेलेब्स किड्स-रीवा किशन और प्रियांक शर्मा फिल्म 'सब कुशल मंगल' से आज बॉलीवुड में एंट्री करेंगे। रीवा, रवि किशन की बेटी हैं और प्रियांक, पद्मिनी कोल्हापुरे के। करियर के इस खास मौके पर दोनों से बातचीत।
अपनी डेब्यू फिल्म में अपने किरदार के बारे में बताइए?
रीवा किशन: मेरे किरदार का नाम मंदिरा शुक्ला है। वह चुलबुली और मस्तीखोर लड़की है। उसकी छोटी-छोटी बातें उसे बैलेंस लाइफ देती हैं। एक तरफ वह पतंग उड़ा रही है, तो दूसरी तरफ पापा के लिए रोटी भी सेंकती है। उसमें मासूम-सा प्यार करने की एक चाह भी है।
प्रियांक शर्मा: मेरे किरदार का नाम पप्पू मिश्रा है। वह स्माल टाउन से है। एक रिपोर्टर के जॉब के लिए मेट्रोपॉलिटन सिटी में शिफ्ट होता है। उसकी एक ब्रेकिंग न्यूज़ तो है, जिसका नाम- 'मुसीबत ओढ़ ली मैंने' है। आत्मविश्वासी और स्मार्ट लड़का है।
एक साथ एंट्री कर रहे हैं। यह अनुभव कैसे याद रहेगा?
रीवा: यह तो जिंदगी के हर कदम पर याद रहेगा। बहुत अच्छे पल हमने एक-दूसरे के साथ बिताए हैं। बड़े संघर्ष के साथ हमारी शुरुआत हुई है। मुझे लगता है कि हम चाहकर भी कभी नहीं भूल पाएंगे। यह शुरुआत ही ऐसी है। आज कई सारे स्टार किड्स हैं, जो लॉन्च हो रहे हैं। उन सब चीजों को छोड़कर आज हम अपनी खुद की ही लड़ाई लड़ने निकल पड़े। हम खुशनसीब हैं कि हमें अपना टैलेंट दिखाने का मौका दिया गया है।
प्रियांक: हमारी जर्नी बहुत ही स्पेशल है। जैसा कि रीवा ने कहा कि हम पहली बार शुरुआत कर रहे हैं। इसको हम कैसे भूल सकते हैं। यह तो हमारे लिए जिंदगी भर बहुत ही स्पेशल रहेगा।
आप दोनों थिएटर कर चुके हैं, उसका अनुभव कैसा रहा?
रीवा: मैं नसीरुद्दीन शाह के ग्रुप में उनकी बेटी हिबा शाह के साथ थिएटर कर चुकी हूं। वह बहुत खूबसूरत अनुभव रहा। हां, आसान तो बिल्कुल नहीं था। मैंने शुरुआत बैक स्टेज से किया। उसके बाद जाकर मुझे एक्टिंग करने का मौका मिला। वहां पर एक ही मौका मिलता है, अगर उस मौके पर चौका नहीं मारा, तब आप जिंदगी भर पछताते रह जाओगे। वहां बिल्कुल चूक नहीं सकते।
प्रियांक: नादिरा बब्बर के ग्रुप, नीरज काबी और सलीम आरिफ के साथ थिएटर कर चुका हूं। सलीम आरिफ के साथ वर्कशॉप और थिएटर भी किया। नादिरा बब्बर और नीरज काबी के वर्कशॉप बहुत यूनिक और डिफरेंट थे, लेकिन जब सलीम आरिफ के साथ थिएटर किया, तब मेरा भी बैकस्टेज का पहला अनुभव था। उसके बाद ही कैरेक्टर निभाया। थिएटर में बतौर एक्टर बहुत कुछ सीखने को मिलता है।
फिल्मी बैकग्राउंड से आने के फायदे हैं, वहीं तुलना भी होती हैं। इसका कितना प्रेशर लेते हैं?
रीवा: मैं तो मेरे पापा का अख्स हूं, उनका खून हूं। आखिर खून की क्या तुलना करेंगे! आखिर मैं तो उनकी बिटिया ही हूं। वह तो मुझसे कोई नहीं छीन सकता है। कोई कितनी भी तुलना करे, मेरे लिए वह मेरे पिता ही रहेंगे। उनका जैसा कर पाई तो खुद को सफल मानूंगी।
प्रियांक: जी हां, इंडस्ट्री में तुलना होती है। लेकिन हम उस प्रेशर में काम करेंगे, तब तो हम काम ही नहीं कर पाएंगे। हमारा लक्ष्य सिर्फ अच्छा काम करने का है। अगर मैं इस प्रेशर में पड़ जाऊंगा कि मैं मॉम की तरह हूं, उस लेवल का हूं या नहीं हूं, तब तो काम ही नहीं कर पाऊंगा।
क्या आपको आपकी फैमिलीज से एक्टिंग की दुनिया में आने को कहा है?
प्रियांक: हमारी अपब्रिंगिंग बहुत सिंपल, नॉर्मल और बड़ी बेसिक रही है, ऐसा कभी नहीं रहा कि सेट पर जाकर देखें कि क्या हो रहा है। फिल्मी स्पेस में हमें कभी नहीं घुसने दिया गया। मुझे साफ तौर पर हिदायत दी गई थी कि पहले पढ़ाई पर ध्यान दो, उसके बाद जो करना है, हम उसमें सपोर्ट करेंगे।
रीवा: जी हां, प्रियांक सही कह रहे हैं कि हमें नेगेटिव चीजें पहले बताई जाती थीं। घर पर यही कहा जाता था कि बेटी अगर एक्टिंग में जाना है, तब मेहनत भी लगती है, दिन में 15-15 घंटे काम करना पड़ता है, पर्सनल लाइफ तो भूल ही जाओ, मनपसंद खाना नहीं खा सकोगी, डाइट करना पड़ेगा। इसके बावजूद एक्टिंग को अपनाने के लिए हम इतने ढीठ बने रहे और इस पर कायम रहे।
शूटिंग के दौरान कोई ऐसी खट्टी-मीठी याद, जो हमेशा याद रहेगी?
प्रियांक: एक सीन था, अक्षय खन्ना सर के साथ मुझे दारू के नशे में धुत्त होकर सीन देना था। उस सीन के लिए चिंतित और नर्वस था। कैमरे के सामने जब सीन किया, तब सीन कट बोलकर डायरेक्टर मेरे पास आए और गले लगाकर बोले-तुमने तो बहुत ही कमाल का सीन दिया। इससे पहले उन्होंने कभी तारीफ तक नहीं की थी, लेकिन इतने में पीछे से कैमरामैन आकर बोले- 'सर लाइट की प्रॉब्लम थी, यह सीन दोबारा करना पड़ेगा। खैर, वह सीन दोबारा शूट किया, पर वह पहले जैसा मैजिक क्रिएट हुआ कि नहीं, यह मुझे पता नहीं।
रीवा: हम दोनों के साथ एक ऐसी घटना हुई थी। शाम का समय था। एक सीन सीक्वेंस के लिए डायरेक्टर साहब ने हमें छोटी-सी नाव में बैठाकर पानी के अंदर भेज दिया। हमें वॉकी-टॉकी दिया था। उन्होंने हिदायत दी थी कि हम जो ऑर्डर देंगे, वही तुम्हें करना है। उन्होंने जो बोला, वह सब किया। हमें लगा कि सूरज ढलने जा रहा है तो अब सीन पूरा हो गया होगा। लेकिन जैसे ही किनारे पहुंचे थे कि उन्होंने ऑर्डर दिया, अब दोनों पानी के अंदर कूद जाओ। हमसे कहा गया कि तुम हमारे बच्चे हो। हमारे लिए यह सीन जरूर करोगे। हमें इमोशनली इस हालत में डाल दिया गया कि हमें कूदना ही पड़ा।

बाॅलीवुड डेस्क.दीपिका पादुकोण 5 जनवरी को अपना जन्मदिन खास अंदाज में मनाने के लिए तैयार हैं। दैनिक भास्कर से एक खास चर्चा में दीपिका ने अपना यह बर्थडे प्लान रिवील किया है। उन्होंने बताया कि वह इस साल अपने जन्मदिन पर पांच जनवरी को लखनऊ शहर में स्थित एक कैफे 'शीरोज' में एसिड अटैक सर्वाइवर्स के साथ अपना जन्मदिन मनाएंगी।
इस कैफे की दो ब्रांच लखनऊ और आगरा में हैं। ये दोनों शाखाएं एसिड अटैक सर्वाइवर्स के द्वारा चलाई जाती हैं। इस कैफे में काम करने वाले चार एसिड अटैक सर्वाइवर ने 'छपाक' फिल्म में रोल भी किए हैं। हरियाणा की ऋतु सैनी ने दीपिका की दोस्त का रोल निभाया है। दीपिका खास तौर पर इन एसिड अटैक सर्वाइवर्स से मिलने आ रही हैं, और उनके साथ ही अपना बर्थडे सेलिब्रेट करेंगी।
रणवीर बिना ही यहां पहुंचेंगी दीपिका : इस बारे में दैनिकभास्कर को जानकारी मिली है कि पहले चार जनवरी को 'छपाक' की प्रोडक्शन टीम इस कैफे में पहुंचेंगी और 5 जनवरी को दीपिका यहां आएंगी। दीपिका के बर्थडे के लिए किस तरह के स्पेशल अरेंजमेंट्स किए जाने हैं, उन्हें क्या गिफ्ट दिया जाना है और उनकी बर्थडे सेेरेमनी का केक कैसा होगा, इस पर 3जनवरी शुक्रवार को ही फाइनल डिसीजन किया जाना है। कैफे की ओर से जानकारी दी गई है कि रणवीर का यहां दीपिका के साथ आने का कोई प्लान नहीं है।
जीतू, कुंती बाला और ऋतु रहेंगी मौजूद : दीपिका के साथ 'छपाक' फिल्म में काम कर रहीं एसिड अटैक सर्वाइवर ऋतु सैनी ने भास्कर को बताया कि उनके बर्थडे सेलिब्रेशन के दौरान उनके साथ 'छपाक' मूवी में काम करने वाली चारों एसिड अटैक सर्वाइवर्स जीतू, कुंती बाला और मैं ऋतु चारों मौजूद रहेंगी। शीराेज में जॉब करने वाली सारी सर्वाइवर्स और लखनऊ की एसिड अटैक सर्वाइवर्स भी वहां मौजूद रहेंगी। हम उनके बर्थडे के दौरान केक काटेंगे और इसे स्पेशल बनाने का पूरा प्रयास करेंगे। दीपिका बहुत ही स्वीट हैं और मेरा इस फिल्म में उनके साथ काम करते हुए एक बहुत ही अलग कनेक्शन बन गया था। वह हमारे साथ मस्ती करती थीं।
