दो बार कोरोना टेस्ट नेगेटिव आने के बाद अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज हुए करीम मोरानी, बेटियां पहले ही हो चुकीं ठीक April 17, 2020 at 08:28PM

रा.वन और चेन्नई एक्सप्रेस जैसी फिल्मों के प्रोड्यूसर रह चुके करीम मोरानी कोरोनावायरस का इलाज करवाने के बाद अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज हो गए हैं। शुक्रवार को उनकी कोरोना टेस्ट नेगेटिव आने के बाद उन्हें डिस्चार्ज कर दिया गया। मोरानी 8 अप्रैल को कोरोना पॉजिटिव मिलने के बाद मुंबई के नानावटी अस्पताल में अपना इलाज करवा रहे थे।

मेडिकल वॉरियर्स की तारीफ की: डिस्चार्ज होने के बाद मोरानी ने कहा, भगवान की कृपा से मैं दो बार कोरोना टेस्ट में नेगेटिव आने के बाद घर वापस आ गया हूं। मैं नानावटी अस्पताल में काफी कम्फर्टेबल था लेकिन अपनी स्टे के दौरान काफी असमंजस में रहा। मैं कहना चाहूंगा कि सरकार का हर डिपार्टमेंट और मेडिकल वॉरियर्स अपना कार्य बेहतरीन तरीके से कर रहे हैं। घर आकर मैं बहुत ही राहत महसूस कर रहा हूं, आपकी सबकी दुआओं का शुक्रिया। मैं सुरक्षा के लिहाज से अभी 14 दिन और अपने कमरे में क्वारेंटाइन रहूंगा।

बेटियां हो चुकीं डिस्चार्ज: इससे पहले करीम की दोनों बेटियां शाजा और जोया कोरोना का इलाज करवाकर वापस घर लौट आई हैं। परिवार में उनकी बेटी शाजा सबसे पहले कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाई गई थीं। वह मार्च में श्रीलंका गई थीं जिसके बाद उनमें कोरोना के लक्षण मिले। इसके बाद उनकी बहन जोया को भी कोरोना हो गया जो कि मार्च में राजस्थान गई थीं।

'स्त्री', 'लुका छुपी' और 'अंग्रेजी मीडियम' जैसे दर्शकों को गुदगुदा चुके पंकज त्रिपाठी इन दिनों मड आइलैंड स्थित अपने घर पर समय बिता रहे हैं। वे लॉकडाउन के इस वक्त को पॉजिटिव तरीके से ले रहे हैं। इसी बीच उन्होंने लेखक और टीवी पत्रकार पीयूष पांडे से बात की। उनकी मानें तो 1993 में वे 7 दिन के लिए जेल गए थे और यहीं से उनकी जिंदगी बदल गई थी। आप भी पढ़िए पंकज के मन की बात...

इन दिनों पूरा देश एक अदृश्य दुश्मन से युद्ध कर रहा है। ऐसा वायरस, जो दिखाई तक नहीं देता। कभी-कभी सोचता हूं कि तुर्रम खां देशों ने बड़े-बड़े एटम बम, मिसाइल, टैंक बनाकर क्या हासिल किया? जब हम लोग एक वायरस तक को मार नहीं सकते। इस वायरस से लड़ने का सिर्फ एक उपाय है- कैद। घर के भीतर कैद। लेकिन, सच कहूं तो कैद का अपना महत्व है। एकांतवास में आप कुछ नए प्रयोग करते हैं, कुछ नए सवालों के उत्तर भी खोजते हैं।

मैं अपनी बात करूं तो इस लॉकडाउन वाली कैद से इतर एक बार मैंने सात दिन की जेल की हवा भी खाई थी। 1993 में मधुबनी गोलीकांड में दो छात्र मारे गए थे। उसके विरोध में छात्रों ने दिसंबर के महीने में एक आंदोलन किया। तब मैं अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद का सदस्य था लेकिन, जेल में सिर्फ विद्यार्थी परिषद के ही नहीं बल्कि वामपंथी संगठनों के छात्र भी थे। उनसे अलग-अलग मुद्दों पर चर्चाएं हुईं। मैंने उनके साथ रहते हुए नागार्जुन की कविताओं को जाना। कुछ दूसरे साहित्यकारों की बड़ी कहानियों की चर्चा हुई।

गांव से बाहर ज्यादा गया नहीं था, तो ज्यादा एक्सपोजर भी नहीं था। लेकिन, उन सात दिन की जेल ने मेरे भीतर साहित्य और रंगमंच को लेकर नई अलख जलाई। जेल से बाहर निकलकर पढ़ने-पढ़ाने का सिलसिला शुरु हुआ। जेल में ही किसी साथी ने कहा कि जेल के बाद फलां नाटक देखने आना तो मैं गया। हालांकि, मैंने गांव में एक दो नाटक किए थे, लेकिन वो एम्चेयोर नाटक के बाप थे। उनमें हम डायलॉग भी याद नहीं करते थे। लेकिन, फिर पटना में रंगमंच से जुड़ा तो थिएटर की शुरुआती बातें समझ आईं।

मैं आज सोचता हूं कि अगर मुझे सात दिन की जेल नहीं हुई होती तो क्या मैं आज वैसा होता, जैसा हूं। पता नहीं !! इसलिए आज अगर आप घर में बंद हैं तो परेशान मत होइए। अच्छा पढ़िए, अच्छा देखिए। मुझे परिवार के साथ समय मिला है तो बेटी खुश है। आप हैरान हो सकते हैं कि मैंने अब जाकर ‘मिर्जापुर’ वेब सीरीज देखी है। मेरा घर मड आइलैंड में है तो शाम को डूबता सूरज देखता हूं। प्रकृति के करीब रहते हुए जीवन को करीब से देख रहा हूं।’
