Shahid Kapoor indulged in a lot of practice before he began shooting for his sports saga ‘Jersey’. The film is a Hindi remake of a Telugu film by the same name. The team recently began shooting for the film in Chandigarh and Shahid was down with injury after a ball hit him in the face. Apparently wife Mira Rajput rushed to be by his side and after stitched and sutures on his lip, Shahid returned to Mumbai for some rest. The actor was snapped by the paparazzi at the airport, where he his hid his injury under a half-face skull mask.
